PLAC DENIM 플랙 데님 [hart/하트 생지] [log/로그 그레이]
오랜만에 플랙(PLAC) 매장에 방문하여, 가을겨울에 입을 진한 컬러 청바지를 2개 샀어요. 제 옷장의 바지들은 청바지 아니면 조거팬츠뿐인데, 데일리룩으로 편하면서도 예쁘게 입기에는 청바지만 한 게 없는 것 같아요.
Last week, I went to the PLAC store in Myeong-dong and bought two pairs of dark-colored jeans.
두 가지 데님을 놓고 사진 한 컷. 일단 생지 컬러 데님부터 소개할게요.
생지 데님은 대학생 때 이후로 처음 입어보네요. 플랙 데님은 핏가이드를 보며 스타일을 선택할 수 있는데요, 저는 하트(hart) 라인으로 구매했어요.
I purchased a raw denim for the first time since my college days. PLAC denim allows you to choose your style based on the fit guide, and I went for the "Hart" line.
하트(hart)는 밝은 컬러로도 2개 소유하고 있는데, 슬림한 일자핏이라 유행 타지 않는 라인이에요. 5년 전에 산 것도 아직 잘 입고 있습니다. 허리 사이즈만 넉넉하게 26으로 올려서 샀어요. 같은 사이즈여도 컬러/소재에 따라 신축성이 조금씩 다르더라고요.
I already own two pairs of the "Hart" in a brighter color. With a slim straight fit, it's a timeless style. Even after five years, the one I purchased still fits well. For the raw color, I bought size 26. It seems that the stretch varies slightly depending on the color and material, even with the same size.
지퍼 쪽에는 hart가 자수로 새겨져 있어요. 작년에 산 리던과 에이골디는 버튼 잠금이라, 지퍼 형식이 어찌나 편하던지요...ㅎㅎㅎ
'Hart' is embroidered on the zipper side. The jeans I purchased from Redone and Agolde have a button closure, so I find the zipper style more comfortable.
뒷면도 깔끔하고, 허리에는 플랙 로고가 있어요. 생지 데님은 절대 물세탁을 하면 안 된다고 하더라고요. 컬러가 진하다 보니, 이염과 물 빠짐이 많아서 그런 것 같아요. 가능하면 스타일러를 열심히 활용하며 입어야겠습니다.
The back pocket has no stitches, and there's a PLAC logo on the waist. It's advisable to avoid machine washing raw denim, particularly with its deep color, as there's a risk of both fading and bleeding. I plan to use a styler at home to maintain the denim's style.
기장은 접지 않아도 키 156cm 쪼꼬미인 저에게 딱 맞아요.
두번째 청바지는 로그(log) 051 라인 제품이에요. log 핏은 생지 컬러로도 입어봤지만, 그레이가 더 예쁘더라고요. 이 청바지는 하이웨이스트의 여유 있는 일자핏 스트레이트 데님인데, 제가 키가 작아 그런지 tanny만큼 바지통이 넓은 느낌이었어요.
The second pair of jeans I bought is the log 051 line. Although I've tried the Log fit in raw denim, I find the gray washing more appealing. These jeans feature a comfortable high-waisted straight fit, but the leg opening feels as wide as the fit Tanny.
뒷면도 깔끔합니다. 워싱은 실제로 보면 은은한 느낌인데, 사진에는 많아보이게 나왔네요.
The design is quite neat, although the washing appears more prominent in the photos.
역시 지퍼 잠금 형식이고, 지퍼 쪽에 log 자수가 놓여져있어요.
It also has a zipper closure, and the log embroidery is placed on the zipper side.
밑단은 컷팅 워싱이라 자연스럽게 풀리는 느낌이에요. 제 키에 비해 아무래도 긴 편이라, 신발에 따라 끌리기도하고, 안 끌리기도 해요. 바닥이 낮은 신발 신을 때는 살짝 접어입고 있어요.
The hem has a cutting wash, providing a natural and frayed feel. Sometimes, I fold them when I wear shoes with low heels.
재미삼아 두 바지를 겹쳐서 길이를 비교해보았어요. log 그레이 데님이 조금 더 하이 웨이스트이고...
Just for fun, I compared the lengths of the two pairs of jeans by layering them. The Log gray denim is slightly higher-waisted, and...
길이도 hart보다 살짝 더 길어요. 키가 진짜 7cm만 더 컸으면 기장 고민없이 입을텐데, 아쉽네요...
The length is also slightly longer than the Hart denim.
청바지 구입 시 데님 케어 가이드도 같이 받았어요. 역시 세탁은 최대한 하지 않는 방향이 좋고, 냄새를 제거하고 싶을 경우 냉동실에 넣어서 얼리는 방법이 굉장히 생소했어요...
When I purchased the jeans, I also received a denim care guide. It suggests minimizing washes, and an interesting tip for odor removal is placing the denim in the freezer. It's a method I hadn't heard of before.
착용샷은 괜찮은 사진을 건질 수 있다면(?), 나중에 추가해서 올려볼게요. 이 청바지들 오래오래 입을 수 있기를!
