신용산역 브런치 카페 [어프로치/Approach Coffee & All Day Breakfast]
식후 커피를 위해 찾은 곳은 어프로치 카페였어요. 식사한 대림국수에서 3분 거리인데, 낮 12시에 웬일로 웨이팅이 없어서 바로 들어갈 수 있었어요.
I went to a cafe called Approach. It's located just 3 minutes away from the Daerim Noodle restaurant. Surprisingly, there was no waiting at noon. So I was able to go in right away.

자칫 지나칠 수 있는 입구...ㅎㅎㅎ 사진이 참 감각적으로 잘 나옵니다 :)
The entrance, which could easily be missed...But the photos come out really nice.
어프로치는 오전 10시에 오픈하는 브런치 카페에요. 브런치 메뉴도 궁금한데 요즘 평일 웨이팅은 심하지 않아서 나중에 도전해볼 수 있겠다는 생각이 들었어요.
어프로치 카페에서 지켜야할 점은 아래와 같습니다 :)
Approach is an all-day brunch cafe that opens at 10 a.m. The points to keep in mind at Approach Cafe are as follows:
- 매장 앞 주차 금지 (No Parking)
- 매장 내 상업적 촬영 금지 (No Commercial Photos)
- 매장 내 금연 구역 (No Smoking)
- 반려동물 출입 제한 (No Pets Allowed)
야외석이 비어있었지만, 날이 흐려서 저희는 실내 자리에 착석했어요.
Even though the outdoor seats were available, we decided to sit indoors because the weather was cloudy.
창 밖을 바라보며 마시는 커피도 나쁘지 않습니다.
Having a cup of coffee while looking out the window wasn't bad at all.
자리에 앉자마자 제공해주신 생수. 티코스터는 굿즈로도 판매하시는 것 같았어요. 패브릭 소재라 예쁘더라고요.
As soon as we sat down, the staff provided us with complimentary water. It seemed like they also sell the tea coasters as merchandise. They were made of fabric material.
메뉴판에 없는 베이커리도 있다고 하셔서 쭉 구경해보았어요.
I heard that there are bakeries that are not on the menu, so I looked around.
다 맛있어보여서 고르는데 힘들었어요.
Everything looked delicious, so it was hard to choose.
저는 어프로치 커피(7,000원)를 마셨어요. 아메리카노 위에 달달한 크림이 올라가 있는 음료인데, 아인슈페너와 느낌이 비슷해요.
I had the Approach Coffee (7,000 won). It's a drink where sweet cream is added on top of an Americano, and it has a similar taste to an Einspanner.
케익은 2조각 주문해서 맛보았어요. 초코케익은 진하고 꾸덕하더라고요. 생크림과 같이 먹기 좋았습니다.
Our table ordered two slices of cake. The chocolate cake was rich and dense, and it went well with the whipped cream.
당근 케익도 달달하고 맛있었어요. 역시 위에 크림이 듬뿍 올라가 있고 적당히 달달해서 커피와 함께 먹기 좋았어요.
신용산역 주변도 회사가 많다보니, 맛집이 많이 생기는 것 같아요. 역시 상권을 주도하는 건 접근성과 회사원들인가봐요. 다음에는 꼭 브런치 메뉴를 먹으러 가 보겠습니다 :)
The carrot cake was also sweet and delicious. As expected, it had a generous amount of cream on top and was just sweet enough to enjoy with coffee. Next time, I will definitely go and try their brunch menu.
