주말 농구 수업을 마치고, 오랜만에 연희동 카페 본지르르에 다녀왔어요. 날이 따뜻해지면서 연희동 골목을 천천히 산책하기에 딱 좋더라고요.
After my son’s weekend basketball class, we stopped by cafe vonzrr in Yeonhui-dong. The quiet streets of Yeonhui-dong seemed perfect for a relaxing walk.
본지르르는 연희동 언덕 위에 자리한 빨간 벽돌집을 개조해 만든 카페인데요. 별도의 주차 공간은 없지만, 커피 맛이 좋고 분위기도 매력적이라 많은 분들이 찾는 연희동 인기 카페예요.
Vonzrr is a cozy café created by remodeling a red brick house located on a hill in Yeonhui-dong. Although there isn’t a dedicated parking lot, it remains a popular local café thanks to its great coffee and charming atmosphere.
작년에 방문했을 때와 비교해 크게 달라진 점은 없었어요.
좌석은 1층과 2층에 마련되어 있고, 날씨 좋은 날에는 테라스 자리에서도 커피와 디저트를 즐길 수 있어요.
Compared to my previous visit, not much had changed inside. Seating is available on both the first and second floors, and on nice days, you can also enjoy coffee on the terrace.
메뉴는 예전에 비해 업데이트가 되었더라고요. 예전에 마셨던 미숫가루 메뉴는 단종되었고, 대신 말차를 활용한 메뉴와 디저트 메뉴가 꽤 다양하게 늘어나 있었어요.
The menu, however, had been updated a bit. The Grain Latte my child had tried before was no longer available, and instead, there were now many more matcha-based drinks and desserts to choose from.
음료는 스파클링 키위(7,000원)와 바닐라빈 라떼(6,500원)을 주문했어요. 스파클링 키위는 청량감 있는 탄산에 키위의 상큼한 맛이 더해져서, 따뜻한 날씨에 가볍게 마시기 좋았어요.
For drinks, we ordered a Sparkling Kiwi (7,000 KRW) and a Vanilla Bean Latte (6,500 KRW). The Sparkling Kiwi was refreshing and lightly fizzy, with a bright kiwi flavor that made it perfect for warm weather.
바닐라빈 라떼는 은은한 바닐라 향이 부드러운 우유와 잘 어우러져 제 입맛에 잘 맞았어요.
The Vanilla Bean Latte had a soft vanilla aroma blended nicely with smooth milk, creating a balanced and comforting flavor that I really enjoyed.
디저트도 두 가지 주문해보았는데요. 아이스크림과 슈크림을 좋아하는 저희 집 두 남자의 취향을 적극 반영해서 골라봤어요.
We also ordered two desserts, carefully chosen based on the preferences of the two dessert-loving boys in my family, who both love ice cream and cream-filled pastries.
본지르르 머핀은 초코 머핀 위에 바닐라 아이스크림이 한 스쿱 올라간 디저트였어요.
따뜻한 머핀과 차가운 아이스크림 조합이 잘 어울렸고, 초코의 달콤함에 바닐라 아이스크림이 더해져 아이도 정말 좋아하더라고요.
The Vonzrr Muffin was a rich chocolate muffin topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The combination of the warm muffin and cold ice cream worked so well together, and my son especially loved the sweet chocolate flavor paired with the creamy vanilla ice cream.
초코 크림 슈는 차갑게 서빙되어서, 한입 먹었을 때 마치 아이스크림 슈를 먹는 듯한 느낌이었어요. 부드러운 초코 크림이 가득 들어 있어, 크림빵을 좋아하는 분들이라면 만족할 메뉴였어요.
The Chocolate Cream Choux was served cold, almost like an ice cream cream puff. It was filled with smooth and rich chocolate cream, making it a satisfying dessert for anyone who enjoys cream-filled pastries.
오랜만에 다시 방문한 연희동 카페 본지르르는 여전히 분위기 좋고 편안한 공간이었어요. 따뜻해진 날씨 덕분에 연희동 골목을 산책하며 들르기에도 좋았고, 커피와 디저트 모두 만족스러워서 여유로운 주말 시간을 보내기 딱 좋았답니다.
연희동에서 감성카페나 디저트 맛집을 찾고 있다면, 본지르르 한 번 방문해보셔도 좋을 것 같아요!
Even after all this time, vonzrr in Yeonhui-dong still felt like a cozy and relaxing café with a lovely atmosphere. With the warm weather, it was the perfect place to stop by during a stroll through the neighborhood, and both the coffee and desserts made for a very enjoyable weekend break.
