연희동에서 유명한 빵집 알레스구떼에 다녀왔어요. 서울시 제과제빵 명인이 운영하는 베이커리라고 해서 궁금했던 곳인데요. 직접 가보니 빵 종류도 다양하고 맛있어서, 왜 연희동 베이커리 추천 맛집으로 유명한지 알겠더라고요.
I recently visited Alles Gute, a well-known bakery in Yeonhui-dong. I had been curious about the place because it’s run by a Seoul-certified master baker, and after visiting, I could immediately see why it’s considered one of the best bakeries in the neighborhood. The bakery offered a wide variety of breads and everything looked incredibly delicious.
알레스구떼는 연희동 서대문소방서 건너편에 위치해 있어요. 매장 옆에 작은 주차장이 있기는 하나, 교회 소유 주차장이고, 빵집에서 이용가능한 지정구역이 넓지 않아서 대중교통으로 방문하는 걸 추천드려요.
Alles Gute is located across from the Seodaemun Fire Station in Yeonhui-dong. There is a small parking lot next to the building, but it belongs to a nearby church and the bakery only has access to a limited number of spaces, so visiting by public transportation is probably the better option.
매장 한쪽 벽에는 ‘서울시 제과제빵 명인’ 명패도 걸려 있었는데요. 오랜 경력과 기술력을 인정받은 장인에게 주어지는 타이틀이라고 하더라고요.
One thing that caught my attention was a plaque on the wall recognizing the owner as a “Seoul Master Baker.” It’s a title given to bakers who are recognized for their years of experience and baking expertise, which made me even more excited to try the bread.
매장은 1,2층을 다 사용하고 있는데, 1층에서는 빵과 음료를 구입할 수 있습니다 :)
The bakery uses both the first and second floors of the building. On the first floor, you can purchase bread and drinks.
음료는 디카페인 커피는 없었지만 아메리카노/라떼 같은 기본 커피 메뉴부터 티와 에이드 종류까지 다양했어요.
While they didn’t have decaf coffee, the drink menu included all the usual café options like Americanos, lattes, tea, and ades.
입구 쪽에는 두쫀쿠나 이쫀쿠 같은 쫀득쿠키와 초콜릿류가 함께 진열되어 있었어요. 예쁘게 포장되어 있어서 가볍게 선물하기에도 좋아 보이더라고요.
Near the entrance, there were chewy cookies and assorted chocolates beautifully displayed and packaged. They looked perfect for small gifts or souvenirs.
카운터 옆에는 인기제품인 어니언 치즈 베이글도 따로 판매하고 있었는데요. 냉동 상태로 진열되어 있는 걸 보니 차갑게 즐기는 제품인가봅니다.
Next to the counter, they were also selling their popular onion cheese bagels separately. They were displayed frozen, so I assume they’re meant to be enjoyed chilled or reheated at home.
케이크류도 함께 판매하고 있었고, 매장 중앙에는 다양한 빵들이 가득 진열되어 있었어요.
They also offered cakes, and the center of the bakery was filled with a huge selection of breads and pastries.
빵을 고르고 있는대 직원분이 마침 마늘빵이 갓 나왔다며 추천해주셔서, 하나 구입해보았습니다.
One of the staff members mentioned that the garlic bread had just come out fresh and highly recommended it, so of course I had to try one.
2층에는 빵과 음료를 함께 즐길 수 있는 카페 공간도 마련되어 있었어요.
On the second floor, there was a cozy café area where customers could enjoy their bread and drinks comfortably.
공간 한쪽에는 생수와 빨대, 티슈 등이 준비된 셀프바도 있어서, 필요한 물품을 자유롭게 이용할 수 있습니다.
There was also a self-service station with water, straws, and tissues available, which made the space feel convenient and welcoming.
음료는 바닐라 라떼와 흑임자 라떼를 주문해봤어요. 달달한 바닐라 라떼와 고소한 흑임자 라떼 조합이 빵과도 잘 어울리더라고요.
For drinks, we ordered a vanilla latte and a black sesame latte. The sweet vanilla latte and the nutty black sesame latte paired really well with the pastries.
마늘빵은 갓 나와서 그런지 겉은 바삭하고 속은 촉촉한 식감이 정말 좋았어요. 마늘버터 풍미도 진해서 왜 추천이 많은 메뉴인지 알겠더라고요. 함께 주문한 쌀소금빵과 에그타르트도 느끼하지 않고 담백한 맛이라 부담 없이 즐기기 좋았어요.
The garlic bread was definitely worth the recommendation. Since it had just come out of the oven, the outside was crispy while the inside stayed soft and moist. The rich garlic butter flavor made it easy to understand why it’s such a popular item. We also tried the rice salt bread and an egg tart, both of which had a light and balanced flavor.
서울시 제과제빵 명인이 운영하는 곳답게 빵 하나하나 정성이 느껴졌던 알레스구떼 :)
빵 종류도 다양하고 맛있어서 연희동에서 베이커리를 찾는다면 한 번쯤 들러보기 좋은 곳이었어요. 다음에는 다른 빵 종류도 먹어보러 다시 방문해보고 싶습니다.
As expected from a bakery run by a Seoul-certified master baker, you could really feel the care and craftsmanship put into each item.
With such a wide variety of delicious breads, it’s definitely a bakery worth visiting if you’re in Yeonhui-dong. I’d love to come back again to try even more of their pastries next time.
