올해부터 수영 강습을 받기 시작하면서 기존에 입던 수영복의 고무줄이 많이 늘어나 새 수영복이 필요해졌어요.
마침 아이 래쉬가드를 사면서 제 수영복도 함께 장만하기로 하고, 신규 가입 쿠폰을 활용해 '배럴(BARREL)'에서 구매해보았습니다.
제가 선택한 제품은 INAP 스케치 V백 원피스 수영복인데, 실내 수영용으로 디자인도 깔끔하고 착용감도 좋아서 만족스러웠어요.
I started taking swimming lessons this year, and the elastic on my old swimsuit had stretched out quite a bit, so I needed a new one. Since I was buying a rash guard for my child, I decided to get a swimsuit for myself as well, and I purchased it from BARREL.
The swimsuit I chose is the INAP Sketch V-Back One-Piece, which is perfect for indoor swimming. The design is clean, and it feels really comfortable to wear, so I’m very satisfied with it.
배송은 박스에 담겨 왔고, 포장 비닐은 LDPE 비닐류로 분리 배출이 가능해서 환경 부담도 적더라고요.
The swimsuit was delivered in a box, and the packaging plastic is LDPE, so it can be recycled separately, which makes it more eco-friendly.
실내 수영복을 구매할 때 비닐 가방이 함께 오는 경우가 있는데, 다른 증정품은 별도로 없더라고요.
Sometimes indoor swimsuits come with a plastic bag, but in this case, there were no additional freebies included.
이전에 쿠팡에서 저렴하게 구매한 래시가드는 몇 번 입고 나니 바느질이 금세 풀려 아쉬웠는데요. 반면 배럴 제품은 바느질이 확실히 꼼꼼해서, 오래오래 입을 수 있기를 기대하고 있어요.
A rash guard I bought cheaply from Coupang started coming apart at the seams after just a few wears, which was disappointing. On the other hand, BARREL’s product has very neat stitching, so I’m hoping it will last a long time.

The indoor swimsuit I bought is a collaboration with INAP (INAP Square). It features INAP’s signature sketch-style illustrations, which make this indoor swimsuit look stylish and unique. I chose a relatively simple design from the collection.
수영복은 블랙 컬러에, 이나피스퀘어 특유의 귀여운 일러스트가 포인트로 들어가 있어요. 블랙이라 깔끔하면서도, 일러스트 덕분에 너무 밋밋하지 않고 귀여운 느낌이에요.

끈은 화이트 컬러로, 등 뒤에서 V 모양으로 잡아주는 디자인이에요. 덕분에 단순한 블랙 수영복에 포인트가 되어, 뒤태까지 스타일리시하게 보여준답니다.
The straps are white and form a V-shape at the back, adding a stylish detail to the simple black swimsuit. This little design touch makes the back look more fashionable and eye-catching.
소재는 'LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™'로, 일반 스판덱스보다 내구성이 뛰어나고 염소, 자외선, 열, 땀, 자외선 차단제 등으로 인한 손상에도 강해서 수영복의 수명을 오래 유지할 수 있다고 해요. 또한, 신축성과 복원력이 좋아서 착용감도 오래도록 편안합니다.
The material is LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™, which is much more durable than regular spandex. It resists damage from chlorine, UV rays, heat, sweat, and sunscreen, helping the swimsuit last longer. It also offers excellent stretch and recovery, so it stays comfortable to wear even after many uses.
사이즈는 85로 구입했어요. 이 제품은 두 겹 구조라서 입을 때 뭔가 더 짱짱하게 받쳐주는 느낌이 있더라고요.
I bought the swimsuit in size 85. Since it has a double-layer construction, it feels a bit more supportive and snug when wearing it.
예전에 구입했던 수영복은 몇 달 입다 보니 예상외로 금방 늘어나고, 어깨끈 고무줄이 삭아버려서 아쉬웠어요. 지금까지 입어본 수영복 중 가장 내구성이 좋은 제품은 미즈노였는데, 배럴 수영복과 비교해보니 색이 바래고 고무줄이 늘어나 있긴 해도 어깨끈과 수영복 몸통 소재는 여전히 짱짱하더라고요.
이번 배럴 수영복도 오래 입을 수 있기를 기대하고 있습니다 :)
A swimsuit I bought a while ago stretched out surprisingly quickly after just a few months, and the shoulder straps wore down, which was disappointing.
The most durable swimsuit I’ve tried so far has been Mizuno. While the elastic on my old Mizuno swimsuit had stretched a bit, the fabric of the straps and body remained very strong.
I’m hoping my new BARREL swimsuit will last a long time as well.
