홍제역 유진상가 월남쌈과 야채 뷔페가 있는 샤브샤브 전문점 [마이샤브]

온누리상품권을 사용하려고 오랜만에 들른 동네 샤브샤브집, 마이샤브! 이곳은 신선한 야채 뷔페는 물론, 월남쌈까지 함께 즐길 수 있는 샤브샤브 전문점이에요.
I visited the local shabu-shabu (hot pot) restaurant, My Shabu, after a while to use my Onnuri gift certificate.
This place is a shabu-shabu specialty restaurant where you can enjoy a fresh vegetable buffet as well as Vietnamese spring rolls.

마이샤브 입구

 

마이샤브는 홍제동 유진상가 1층에 위치해 있어요. 다만 유진상가 내 주차공간이 넉넉하지 않아서, 길 건너편에 있는 '홍제차량견인소 공영주차장'을 이용하는 게 더 편리합니다.
My Shabu is located on the first floor of Yujin Shopping Center in Hongje-dong.
However, parking spaces inside Yujin Shopping Center are limited, so it’s more convenient to use the public parking lot at the Hongje Vehicle Towing Center across the street.

테이블 셋팅

테이블마다 핫플레이트가 마련되어 있고, 컵이나 앞접시, 소스 접시 등 기본 셋팅도 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 자리에 앉자마자 태블릿으로 주문 후, 바로 식사를 시작할 수 있어 편하더라고요.
Each table is equipped with a hot plate, and basic settings like cups, small plates, and sauce dishes are well prepared. You can place your order right away using the tablet at your seat, making it convenient to start your meal immediately.

수저와 티슈는 테이블 옆 서랍에 준비되어 있어서 필요할 때 편하게 꺼내 쓸 수 있어요.
Chopsticks, spoons, and tissues are prepared in a drawer next to the table, so you can easily take them out whenever you need.

샐러드바

매장 한 켠에는 샐러드바도 마련되어 있어요. 신선한 야채와 각종 월남쌈 재료들이 잘 정리되어 있어서 취향껏 골라 담을 수 있답니다.
There’s also a salad bar set up in one corner of the restaurant. Fresh vegetables and various Vietnamese spring roll ingredients are neatly organized, so you can pick and choose according to your taste.

단호박죽과 물김치

샐러드바에는 단호박죽과 물김치도 마련되어 있어요.
The salad bar also offers pumpkin porridge and water kimchi.

라이스 페이퍼 및 소스

육수, 라이스 페이퍼, 소스 등은 원하는 만큼 리필할 수 있어서 편리하고요,
Broth, rice paper, and sauces can be refilled as much as you want.

뷔페-1

만두, 유부, 칼국수, 떡, 수제비 등도 다양하게 준비되어 있어 취향에 따라 골라 넣어 먹는 재미가 있어요.
There’s also a variety of ingredients like dumplings, tofu pouches, handmade noodles, rice cakes, and sujebi, so you can have fun picking and adding whatever you like.

샤브샤브용 야채는 물론, 월남쌈용 야채도 함께 제공되어 더 풍성하게 즐길 수 있습니다.
Not only are there vegetables for shabu-shabu, but vegetables for Vietnamese spring rolls are also provided, allowing you to enjoy a more abundant meal.

저희는 생버섯 샤브샤브를 주문했어요. 기본 육수와 고기, 그리고 월남쌈용 라이스 페이퍼가 함께 서빙되고,
We ordered the fresh mushroom shabu-shabu. It comes with the basic broth, meat, and rice paper for Vietnamese spring rolls.

버섯은 무려 7가지 종류가 푸짐하게 나와요. 팽이버섯, 노루궁뎅이버섯, 황금팽이버섯, 표고버섯, 느타리버섯, 목이버섯, 만가닥버섯 등 다양한 버섯이 한가득!
The mushrooms come in a generous portion of seven different kinds: enoki, lion’s mane, golden enoki, shiitake, oyster, wood ear, and buna shimeji mushrooms—an impressive variety!

이름은 정확히 모르겠지만, 병째로 자라는 상태로 제공되는 버섯도 있어 신기했어요. 버섯은 물에 씻지 않고 먼지만 털어내서 서빙된다는 사실도 이번에 새롭게 알게 되었고요.😅
I’m not exactly sure of all their names, but some mushrooms were served still growing in their whole clusters, which I found fascinating. I also learned that the mushrooms aren’t washed with water but simply brushed to remove dust before serving.

마무리로는 죽까지 만들어 든든하게 식사를 마쳤습니다.
To finish, we made porridge with the remaining ingredients and had a satisfying meal.

After paying, I discovered a café area on the way to the restroom!

커피머신과 아이스크림

커피와 아이스크림이 준비되어 있고, 테이블까지 있어서 후식 먹으며 잠시 쉬었다 갈 수 있는 점도 참 좋았어요. 식사뿐만 아니라 마무리까지 만족스러운 샤브샤브집이었어요.
They also have coffee, ice cream, and even tables where you can sit and relax—perfect for enjoying a little dessert before heading out.
