정동에 있는 오드하우스는 덕수궁 돌담길 근처에 위치한 분위기 좋은 브런치 레스토랑이에요. 저는 덕수궁 석조전 관람한 날, 가족들과 브런치를 먹으러 방문했습니다.
Oddhaus Osteria, located in Jeong-dong near the Deoksugung Stone Wall Road, is a stylish brunch restaurant with a unique atmosphere. I visited with my family for brunch on the same day we toured Seokjojeon Hall at Deoksugung Palace.
구 신아일보사 별관 건물을 활용한 공간이라 외관부터 고풍스러운 분위기가 느껴졌는데요. 정동 특유의 조용하고 클래식한 분위기와도 잘 어울려서, 덕수궁 근처 브런치 맛집이나 정동 데이트 코스를 찾는 분들에게 추천할만한 곳입니다.
The restaurant is housed in the former annex building of the Shin-A Ilbo newspaper company, and the historic architecture immediately gives the place a charming, vintage feel. Its quiet and classic atmosphere blends perfectly with the character of Jeong-dong, making it a great spot for brunch near Deoksugung or even a date course around the area.
건물 앞에는 ‘구 신아일보사 별관’이라는 표기가 남아 있어 오래된 건물의 분위기를 그대로 느낄 수 있었는데요. 단순히 식사만 하는 공간이라기보다, 정동의 역사적인 분위기를 함께 경험할 수 있는 곳이라는 느낌이 들었어요.
In front of the building, you can still see the sign that reads “Former Shin-A Ilbo Annex Building,” which adds to the nostalgic ambiance of the space. It felt like more than just a restaurant — it was also a place where you could experience a small piece of Jeong-dong’s history.
레스토랑 내부에 들어가니, 감각적인 디자인 가구와 빈티지 포스터들이 눈에 띄었어요. 공간 곳곳의 인테리어가 세련된 분위기라 사진 찍기에도 좋았고, 전체적으로 여유로운 무드가 인상적이었어요.
Inside, the restaurant was filled with designer furniture, vintage posters, and tasteful decor. The sophisticated interior made the whole space feel cozy, and it was also a great place for taking photos. Overall, the atmosphere felt relaxed and thoughtfully curated.
메뉴는 브런치부터 파스타, 리조또, 디저트까지 다양하게 준비되어 있어요. 저희는 런치세트A(75,000원)와 와플 & 바나나 플래터(23,000원)를 주문했습니다.
The menu offers a wide range of options, including brunch dishes, pasta, risotto, and desserts. We ordered Lunch Set A (KRW 75,000) and the Waffle & Banana Platter (KRW 23,000).
테이블에는 깔끔한 화이트 앞접시와 양식 커트러리가 준비되어있었어요.
Our table was neatly set with simple white plates and Western-style cutlery, adding to the clean and elegant dining experience.
먼저 식전빵이 제공됐는데, 부드러운 포카치아빵으로 식사 전 가볍게 즐기기 좋았어요.
Before the main dishes arrived, soft focaccia bread was served as an appetizer. It was light and fluffy — perfect for starting the meal.
런치세트에는 음료 2잔이 포함되어있는데, 저는 따뜻한 커피로 선택했어요. (*금액을 추가할 경우 라떼나 에이드도 주문가능) 커피는 산미가 강하지 않아 브런치 메뉴와 무난하게 즐기기 좋았습니다.
Lunch Set A includes two drinks, and I chose hot coffee. (You can also order lattes or ade with an additional charge.) The coffee had a mild flavor without strong acidity, making it easy to enjoy alongside the brunch dishes.
런치세트A는 하우스 샐러드, 고사리 파스타, 갈비 앤 보리버섯 리조또로 구성되어 있었는데요.
하우스 샐러드는 신선한 채소와 드레싱 조합이 깔끔했고, 전체적인 식사의 시작을 산뜻하게 만들어줬어요.
Lunch Set A came with a house salad, Gosari Pasta, and Galbi & Barley Mushroom Risotto. The house salad was fresh and lightly dressed, making for a refreshing start to the meal.
가장 인상적이었던 메뉴는 고사리 파스타였어요. 일반적인 오일 파스타와는 다른 한식 재료의 조합이 독특했는데, 고사리 특유의 식감과 들깨가루, 깻잎의 조합이 파스타와 잘 어울려서 오드하우스만의 개성이 느껴졌습니다.
The most memorable dish for me was the Gosari Pasta. Unlike a typical oil pasta, it featured Korean ingredients such as gosari (bracken fern), perilla seed powder, and sesame leaves. The unique texture and nutty flavor worked surprisingly well together, giving the dish a distinctive Korean-inspired twist that really reflected Oddhaus’s creativity.
갈비& 보리버섯 리조또는 부드러운 갈비와 버섯의 고소한 풍미가 잘 어우러지는 퓨전 메뉴였어요. 짭짤한 갈비찜을 좋아하는 분이라면 맛있게 드실 수 있는 메뉴에요.
The Galbi & Barley Mushroom Risotto was another interesting fusion-style dish. The tender braised short ribs paired nicely with the earthy mushroom flavors, creating a rich and savory combination. If you enjoy Korean-style braised galbi with a slightly salty flavor, this would probably be a satisfying choice.
추가로 주문한 와플 앤 바나나 플래터는 브런치 느낌을 제대로 살려주는 메뉴였는데요. 시럽외에도 바닐라 크림, 베이컨이 함께 나와 곁들여먹기 좋고 플레이팅도 예뻐서 커피와 함께 천천히 즐기기 좋았습니다.
We also ordered the Waffle & Banana Platter, which perfectly captured the classic brunch vibe. It was served with vanilla cream and bacon in addition to syrup, making it fun to mix and match flavors. The plating was beautiful, and it was a lovely dish to enjoy slowly with coffee.
정동 브런치 맛집을 찾고 있다면 오드하우스는 분위기와 음식 모두 만족스러운 곳이었어요.
덕수궁 근처에서 조용하게 식사할 곳이나 분위기 좋은 데이트 맛집을 찾는다면 한 번 방문해봐도 좋을 것 같습니다.
If you’re looking for a good brunch spot in Jeong-dong, Oddhaus is definitely worth visiting for both its atmosphere and food. It’s a great place to enjoy a quiet meal near Deoksugung or spend time at a cozy and stylish date spot in Seoul.
