어느새 수영 강습을 받기 시작한지 벌써 1년이 넘었어요. (수린이 탈출!!😆)
꾸준히 수영을 하다보니 수영복은 6개월이 넘어가면 원단도 조금씩 늘어나고, 패드도 자꾸 돌아가면서 수영할 때 불편해지더라고요. 그래서 새로운 실내수영복을 찾아보다가, 엑스블루(XBLUE) 탄탄이 수영복을 장만했습니다.
요즘 제이드 수영복이 유행이긴 하지만, 유행보다는 합리적인 가격대의 실내수영복을 찾다가 엑스블루를 선택하게 됐어요.

제가 선택한 제품은 XBL-5053 TWO-01 선인패밀리 더블스트랩백 모델이에요. 가격도 5만원대라 부담 없는 편이었고, 수영용품으로 잘 알려진 남도스포츠의 자체 브랜드인 엑스블루는 어떨지 궁금해 직접 구매해 봤습니다.
제품은 비닐팩에 담겨서 배송되었어요.

I chose XBLUE because it felt practical and reasonably priced. Some trendy swimsuits like Jaded are popular these days. But I personally wanted something more simple and functional.
The model I bought is the XBL-5053 TWO-01 Double Strap Back. It is a private brand by Namdo Sports in Korea, which made me feel more comfortable about the quality.

수영가방

수영복과 함께 메쉬 소재의 수영가방도 하나 증정되었어요. 예전에는 비닐 소재의 수영가방을 많이 제공했던 것 같은데, 요즘은 메쉬 소재를 더 선호하는 것 같더라고요.
다만 크기가 생각보다 작아서, 제 기준에는 화장품이나 샤워용품 간단히 담는 파우치로 사용해야할 것 같아요.

The swimsuit arrived in a simple plastic package. A small mesh swim bag was included as a gift.
It was a nice detail. However, the bag was smaller than I expected. I now use it as a pouch for toiletries or small swim items instead.

친환경 Sorona 원단

엑스블루 탄탄이 수영복은 Sorona(소로나) 원단을 사용한 제품이에요. 식물을 기반으로 만든 기능성 소재라 친환경적인 것이 특징이라고 합니다. 또한 열과 자외선, 염소에 강하고, 내구성이 뛰어나 실내수영복에 적합한 원단이라고 해요.

This swimsuit is made with Sorona fabric. Sorona is a plant-based material, which makes it eco-friendly. It is also resistant to heat, UV rays, and chlorine. That makes it feel reliable for long-term use as an indoor swimsuit material.

앞면

블랙 컬러에 그려진 선인장 패턴이 귀엽죠. 저는 밝은 컬러보다 어두운 톤의 수영복이 왠지 더 편하게 느껴지더라고요. 물때나 오염도 덜 신경 쓰이는 것 같아서 자연스럽게 어두운 색상을 자주 선택하게 돼요.

The swimsuit has a black base with a cactus print. It is simple, but still cute in its own way.

뒷면

뒷면은 더블 X 크로스백 디자인이에요. 스트랩이 교차되는 디자인이라 뒷모습도 포인트가 되고, 착용했을 때도 안정감 있게 잡아주는 느낌이에요.

The back features a double X-cross strap design. It adds a nice visual detail, and I like how stable it feels while swimming.

기존에 착용하던 수영복과 비교해 봄

컷팅라인은 미들컷 디자인이라, 부담이 적은 편이에요. 미들컷이 적당히 안정감 있어서 실내수영용으로 무난하게 착용하기 좋더라고요.

It has a mid-cut design, which feels balanced. Not too revealing, not too conservative. Just comfortable enough for regular indoor swimming sessions.

바느질 마감

바느질 마감도 전체적으로 깔끔한 편이에요. 수영복은 입고 벗을 때 힘이 많이 가해지는 만큼 박음질이 중요한데, 이 제품은 전체적으로 꼼꼼하게 마감되어 있어 안정감이 느껴졌어요.

The stitching looks neat and well-finished. Since swimwear is constantly stretched, good stitching really matters. This one feels solid and well made.

홑겹

사이즈는 M으로 선택했어요. 평소 미즈노 S 사이즈를 착용하는데, 엑스블루는 M이 비슷한 느낌으로 맞더라고요.
