지난 일요일, 아이와 함께 동대문 DDP에 있는 디키디키라는 키즈 카페에 다녀왔어요. 디키디키는 DDP M관 4층에 위치해있어요.
Last Sunday, I visited an indoor playground called '디키디키' at Dongdaemun DDP with my child. '디키디키' is located on the 4th floor of the DDP M building.

아침 10시 30분 오픈인데, 10시 15분쯤 도착했더니 벌써 줄이 늘어서 있었어요... 일요일 아침에 오픈런하는 부지런한 분들이 많이 계시네요.
The playground opens at 10:30 in the morning, but when I arrived around 10:15, there was already a line forming..
아이 1명당 보호자 2명까지 입장할 수 있고, 네이버로 미리 예매할 경우 10% 할인 된 가격으로 이용할 수 있어요. 단 당일 예매, 당일 취소는 안됩니다. 저는 네이버로 미리 예매하고 갔어요.
You can have up to two guardians per child, and if you book in advance on Naver, you get a 10% discount. Keep in mind that same-day bookings and cancellations are not allowed. I made my reservation on Naver before going.
일찍 갔더니 비교적 한산한 모습의 내부를 촬영할 수 있었어요. 디키디키의 장점은, 층고가 높아서 사람이 많아도 답답한 느낌이 덜하더라고요.
Since I arrived early, I was able to take pictures of the relatively quiet interior. This indoor playground has high ceilings, so even when it's crowded, it doesn't feel too cramped.
입장할 때 보호자용 목걸이와 아이 목걸이를 주시는데요, 퇴장할 때까지 잘 보관하고 있어야해요.
아이용 목걸이는 센서가 달린 스마트 비콘 목걸이라고 하는데, 저희 아이는 불편하다며 안 걸고 다니더라고요ㅠ 아이들의 놀이 활동을 트래킹하여 기록지를 받을 수 있다고하니 궁금하신 분들은 입장할 때 직원 분께 여쭤보면 될 것 같아요.
When you enter, they provide necklaces for both guardians and children, and it's important to keep them safe until you leave. The child's necklace is equipped with a smart beacon sensor. I heard they can track the children's activities and provide a record sheet, so if you're interested in this service, you can inquire with the staff upon entry.
내부에 카페도 있습니다. 음료와 간단한 식사 메뉴를 판매하고 있어요.
There's also a cafeteria inside where they sell beverages and snacks.
카페에서 판매중인 6,500원짜리 슬러쉬를 보고 계속 사달라던 아드님... 성화에 못 이기고 결국 사드렸답니다. 제가 마신 커피보다 비싸더라고요; 캐릭터가 달린 병을 고른 후, 셀프로 슬러쉬를 담으면 됩니다. 리필 할 경우에는 4,500원이에요...
My son kept insisting on buying the 6,500 won slushie they were selling at the cafe... Unable to resist his enthusiasm, I ended up buying it. It was more expensive than the coffee I had. You can choose a bottle with a character on it and then fill it yourself with the slushie. If you want a refill, it costs 4,500 won...
디키디키는 만 2세부터 만 8세까지 이용할 수 있어요. 분야별 전문가들이 만든 오감 놀이터라고 하는데, 일반 장난감으로 가득찬 키카와는 조금 다른 느낌이긴 합니다.
This playground is available for children aged 2 to 8. It's described as a sensory playground created by experts in various fields, so it offers a somewhat different experience compared to regular toy-filled play areas.
여긴 다양한 텃밭 가꾸기 놀이 인형들이 있는 상상 그루터기에요. 텃밭에 꽂혀있는 버섯들이 귀엽더라고요 :)
This area is an imagination playground with various gardening play dolls. The mushrooms planted in the garden are so cute.
와플 블록으로도 만들기 놀이를 할 수 있고요.
There are also waffle shaped building blocks for creation.
역할 놀이를 진행할 수 있는 주방 놀이 공간도 있어요.
And a kitchen play area where you can engage in role-playing.
미끄럼틀과 클라이밍 등 아이들이 마음껏 뛰고 몸으로 체험할 수 있는 공간도 있어요. 방방이가 없어보였지만, 몸으로 충분히 놀 수 있는 놀이터에요.
There are spaces where kids can freely experience physical activities like slides and climbing. Although they don't have trampolines, it's a playground where kids can have a great time.
미끄럼틀 쪽에 직원 분들도 계셔서, 위험한 상황에 처하는 아이들이 없는지 세심하게 봐주시는 점도 좋았습니다.
It was also great to see staff members throughout the area, ensuring that children were not getting into any dangerous situations and providing attentive care.
스크린을 보며, 인터렉티브 볼 게임을 할 수 있는 공간도 있어요.
입장과 동시에 사람이 몰려 들어오다보니, 사진 촬영을 다 하진 못했지만 아이가 2시간 동안 충분히 즐겁게 놀 수 있는 공간이었어요 :)
There's also a space where you can play interactive ball games while looking at the screen. Since it got crowded as soon as we entered, I couldn't take all the photos I wanted, but it was truly a place where my child could enjoy himself for a full two hours.
카페 옆에는 물품 보관실 및 수유실도 있습니다.
Next to the cafeteria, there are storage lockers and a nursing room available as well.
- 디키디키 운영 시간 및 정산 안내
디키디키는 화요일부터 일요일까지, 시간은 오전 10시 30분부터 오후 6시 30분까지 운영됩니다.
기본 2시간은 초과할 경우 10분당 1,250원씩 과금되고, 체험 프로그램을 이용할 경우 별도 요금이 부과돼요.
디키디키 is open from Tuesday to Sunday, operating from 10:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. If you exceed the basic 2-hour limit, an additional fee of 1,250 won is charged for every 10 minutes, and there is a separate fee for using the experiential programs.
퇴장할 때는 정산소에서 목걸이 반납 후, 요금 정산 후 퇴장하면 됩니다. 저는 지하철로 이동하느라 별도 주차 정산은 하지 않았어요.
When leaving, you can return the necklaces at the checkout counter, settle the fees, and then exit.
오랜만에 만난 친구와 즐겁게 키카 데이트를 잘 끝낸 하루였어요. 아트나 쿠킹 클래스도 재밌어보여서, 다음에 미리 예약하고 이용해봐도 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다 :)
My child had a wonderful day with his friend, and they were quite tired after playing. The art and cooking classes also seemed interesting, so I'm thinking about making reservations in advance and trying them next time.
