남산서울타워 [스테프 핫도그/STEFF HOTDOG]

 

남산타워 갔던 날, 스테프 핫도그에서 핫도그 세트를 사먹었어요. 서울타워플라자가 오픈하면서 식당과 카페가 다양하게 입점하였는데요, 연휴에는 정말 인산인해였습니다. 상대적으로 스테프 핫도그가 한산해서 들어가보았는데, 브레이크 타임 때문이더라고요...ㅎㅎㅎ

On the day I visited Namsan Tower, I decided to check out a hotdog restaurant called "STEFF HOTDOG." Despite the variety of restaurants and cafes at Seoul Tower Plaza, STEFF HOTDOG appeared to be less crowded. It turned out they were on a break at that time.

스테프 핫도그는 서울타워플라자 1층에 위치해있어요.

주문 키오스크

오후 4시쯤 갔더니, 브레이크 타임이었어요. 2층의 제주면장과 제휴를 맺었는지, 브레이크 타임 동안 키오스크에 제주면장 홍보지를 붙여놓으셨더라고요 :)

I went around 4 P.M., and it was break time. It seemed like they had some partnership with the second-floor "Jeju Noodle House" because, during the break, they had promotional materials for Jeju Noodle House on their kiosk.

메뉴

오후 4시 30분부터, 키오스크로 주문을 할 수 있었어요. 패스트 푸드점처럼 영수증에 찍힌 주문번호에 따라 메뉴를 셀프로 받아오는 시스템이에요.

At 4:30 P.M. the kiosk started to operate for orders. Once you've completed the payment, your order number will be printed on the receipt, and you can collect your food at the pick-up counter when it's ready.

음료 냉장고

냉장고에 주스가 보이길래 아들에게 마실지 물어보았지만, 거부 당했고요....

I saw juice in the refrigerator, so I asked my son if he wanted a drink, but he refused.

전망

저희는 남산 남쪽 전망을 바라볼 수 있는 자리에 앉아 먹었어요. 날씨도 뷰도 좋았던 날.

We sat at a table with a view of the southern side of Namsan and enjoyed our meal. It was a day with great weather and a beautiful view.

When you present the receipt from STEFF HOTDOG, you can receive a 10% discount at Jeju Noodle House. Wi-Fi is also available inside the store.

덴마크 소시지

스테프 핫도그는 IFS 인증 프리미엄 소시지를 사용하는, 덴마크 전통 핫도그 브랜드에요. 브랜드 소개를 보니, 엄격한 품질관리시스템을 통해 재료를 관리한다고 하더라고요. (전 왜 그간 미국 브랜드라고 생각하고 있었을까요...)

STEFF HOTDOG is a Danish traditional hotdog brand that uses IFS-certified premium sausages. When I read their brand introduction, it mentioned that they maintain strict quality control systems for their ingredients. (I wonder why I had always thought it was an American brand until now...)

오리진 핫도그와 스테프 핫도그

소시지 모양을 보니 일반적인 소시지 같진 않았어요. 흔히 마트에서 보는 소시지보다 더 얇고 길쭉한 느낌? 저희는 스테프 핫도그 세트와 오리진 핫도그를 주문했습니다.

The sausage appeared thinner and longer than the sausages commonly found in supermarkets. We ordered the Steff Hotdog set and the Original Hotdog.

빨대와 포크는 셀프

빨대와 포크, 나이프, 티슈는 픽업 카운터 옆에서 셀프로 가져갈 수 있어요.

Straws, forks, knives, and tissues are next to the pickup counter. You can take as much as you need.

스테프 핫도그

핫도그는 나이프로 반씩 컷팅해서 먹었어요. 빵도 소시지도 부드러워서 잘 잘리더라고요. 스테프 핫도그는 생양파와 구운양파가 올라간, 덴마크 전통의 맛을 살린 대표 메뉴에요. 저는 구운 양파의 식감이 좋았습니다. 오리진 핫도그는 케찹과 사우어소스가 듬뿍 올라가서, 짝꿍과 아드님이 좋아했어요.
개인적으로 콜라맛이 펩시나 코카콜라 같지가 않아서 조금 의아했어요... 815콜라였나 싶기도하고요...🤔

I cut the hotdog in half with a knife and shared it with my son. The bread and the sausage were both very soft. Steff Hotdog is a representative menu that preserves the taste of Danish tradition, topped with fresh onions and grilled onions. I liked the crunchy texture of the grilled onions. The Origin Hotdog is generously topped with ketchup and sour sauce. My husband and son enjoyed it. Personally, I found the cola flavor a bit different from Pepsi or Coca-Cola, which was a bit surprising... I think it was 815 Cola, but not entirely sure.

After finishing your meal, you can return the trash and tray at the return counter.

스테프 핫도그는 처음 먹어보았는데, 맛있더라고요. 미국산 대중적인 핫도그가 아닌, 전통있는 덴마크 왕실 납품 브랜드라는 점에서 놀랐습니다. 지나다니다 보이면 종종 먹어야겠어요!🙂

I tried Steff Hotdog for the first time, and it was delicious. I was surprised to learn that it's not the typical popular American hotdog but a traditional Danish royal supplier brand. If I come across it again, I'll have to eat it more often!
