진도 대파 크림 크로켓 버거가 또 먹고 싶어서, 연휴동안 맥딜리버리를 이용했는데요. 이번에는 일반 감자튀김 대신 허니버터 인절미 맥쉐이커 후라이를 먹어보았어요 :)
During the holiday, I enjoyed the Jindo Green Onion Cream Croquette Burger once again. However, this time, I opted for McShaker Fries with Honey Butter Injeolmi instead of the regular french fries.
허니버터 인절미 맥쉐이커 후라이는 100% 국산 5곡(콩, 현미, 쌀보리, 흑미, 팥)이 함유된 시즌 메뉴에요. 언제 사라질지 모르니 먹을 수 있을 때 먹어봐야겠죠ㅎㅎ
McShaker Fries with Honey Butter Injeolmi is a seasonal menu that includes 100% domestically sourced five grains (soybean, brown rice, barley, black rice, red bean). Since I never know when the promotion will end, I thought I should give it a try.
감튀는 라지 사이즈와 스몰 사이즈 2개를 주문했지만, 처음 먹어보는 거라 스몰 사이즈를 시즈닝에 섞어보기로 했어요. 시즈닝이 섞여서 오는게 아니라, 섞어먹을 수 있는 봉투가 별도로 오더라고요. 롯데리아 양념감자가 생각이 나네요 :)
I ordered both large and small sizes of the potato fries, but since it was my first time, I decided to mix the small size with seasoning. Surprisingly, the seasoning doesn't come pre-mixed; instead, they provide a separate bag for you to mix it yourself. It reminded me of the seasoned potatoes at Lotteria.
국산 대두와 아카시아꿀이 함유되어있는 허니버터 인절미 시즈닝이에요. 라지 사이즈 감자튀김에도 충분히 사용할 수 있는 양입니다.
The seasoning for Honey Butter Injeolmi contains domestically sourced grains and acacia honey. It's an amount sufficient even for large-sized potato fries.
일단 봉투를 열고 감자튀김과 시즈닝 가루를 뿌려 넣고,
I opened the paper bag and placed the french fries, sprinkled the seasoning powder onto the potato fries, and gave it a gentle shake to ensure even coating.
쉐킷쉐킷- 흔들어줍니다. 흔들다보면 가루가 봉투 틈새로 조금 떨어지니 조심해주세요....^^
When shaking, be cautious as some seasoning powder may spill through the gaps in the bag...

5곡이 포함되어있어 그런지, 고소한 맛이 강해요. 단짠단짠한 허니버터 맛을 좋아한다면 추천 드리는 메뉴에요. 살짝 느끼한 맛이 있다보니 개인적으로는 진도 대파 크림 크로켓 버거보다, 매콤한 상하이 스파이스 치킨버거와 함께 먹었다면 더 잘 어울렸겠다는 생각이 들었어요.
Perhaps due to the inclusion of five grains, the flavor is rich and nutty. If you enjoy the slightly sweet and savory taste of honey butter, I recommend this menu. However, personally, I thought it might pair better with the spicy Shanghai Spice Chicken Burger than the Jindo Green Onion Cream Croquette Burger.
국내에서 공수할 수 있는 식재료로 한국인 입맛에 맞는 메뉴를 끊임없이 연구 개발하는 맥도날드~ 다음에는 어떤 새로운 시즌 메뉴로 찾아올지 궁금합니다 :)
I highly appreciate McDonald's for constantly researching and developing menus that suit Korean tastes with domestically available ingredients. I'm curious about what new seasonal menu they'll introduce next time!
