최근 미국에 있는 가족에게 물건을 보낼 일이 생겨, 이번에는 핑크 로지스틱스라는 업체를 이용해보았어요. 후기가 없어서 보내면서 살짝 불안하긴 했으나, 배송은 빠르고 안전하게 잘 도착하여 후기 남겨봅니다.
Recently, I needed to send a package to my family in the U.S., and this time I decided to try a company called Pink Logistics. 
Since I couldn’t find many reviews, I was a bit nervous at first, but the delivery was fast and the package arrived safely, so I’m sharing my experience here.

예전에 이용했던 대한글로지스 PORT 택배는 해상 택배였고, 창고로 물건을 직접 가지러가야해서 가격이 비교적 저렴한 편이었어요. 2+1 이벤트를 종종 하기 때문에 많은 짐을 보낼 때 활용하기 좋은 배송 플랫폼이에요.
Previously, I had used Daehan Glogis, which offers sea freight services. With this option, you need to pick up your package directly from their warehouse, which makes the cost relatively cheaper.
They also occasionally run 2+1 promotions, making it a good choice when sending a large volume of items.

이번에는 1박스만 보낼 예정이라, 도어투도어로 배송되는 항공특송을 이용해보았어요.
Since I was only sending one box this time, I decided to try an air express service that offers door-to-door delivery.

📦포장 & 접수 과정

꼼꼼하게 테이핑

집에 있던 5호 박스와 비슷한 크기의 쓱배송 박스가 튼튼해 보여 재활용하기로 했습니다. 물건을 안전하게 포장한 뒤 무게를 재보고, 카카오톡으로 배송 접수를 진행했어요.
For this shipment, I recycled an SSG delivery box that was similar in size to a No. 5 box. After packing, I weighed the package and contacted Pink Logistics via KakaoTalk to arrange the shipment. You can either drop off the package at their office or use their pickup service. The price difference between the two is small, so I chose the pickup service.

• 기사님이 방문하는 픽업 서비스
두 가지 방식이 있는데, 무게가 5kg이 넘어갈 경우 택배비가 7,000원이라 가격 차이가 크지 않아 편하게 픽업 서비스를 이용했습니다.
접수 시에는 발송인 정보, 수취인 정보, 물품에 대한 상세 내용, 각 물품의 가격 등을 핑크에서 요청한 대로 입력해서 보냈어요.
한글로 보내면 업체에서 영어로 번역해주지만, 가능하면 처음부터 영어로 작성하는 것을 선호한다고 하셨어요.
통관 과정에서 필요한 정보라 가격 표기도 필수입니다.
During the application process, you need to provide the sender and recipient details, along with a detailed description of the items being shipped. Although you can write it in Korean, they will translate it into English—so it’s better to provide it in English if possible. You must also include the value of the items for customs clearance.

⏱ 배송 진행 상황

물건을 픽업한 뒤에는 배송 추적이 바로 가능할 줄 알았는데, 일주일이 지나도 연락이 없어서 카카오톡으로 다시 문의를 드렸어요.
그제야 핑크에서 확인한 무게와 최종 배송 요금을 안내받았고, “트래킹 번호가 나오면 연락드리겠다”는 답변을 받았습니다.

그런데 다음 날, 트래킹 번호 안내를 받기도 전에 이미 미국에 도착했다고 연락이 왔어요. 중간 과정에 대한 안내가 조금 부족하다는 느낌이 있었지만, 물건이 안전하게 잘 도착해서 따로 클레임을 하지는 않았습니다.
After the pickup, I didn’t receive an update for a week, so I contacted them again. They sent me the final price and said they would share the tracking number once available. The next day, I was informed that the package had already arrived in the U.S. It seemed like the follow-up communication was slightly delayed, but since the package arrived safely, I didn’t file any complaints.

이번에 보낸 박스는 무게 약 11kg, 총 비용은 약 16.5만원이었습니다. (*해상 택배의 약 2배)
