고양시 덕양구 만두 맛집, 개성손만두에 다녀왔어요. 가게 앞과 주변에 넓은 주차 공간이 있어서 차로 방문하기 편한 곳이에요.
I visited Kaesong Handmade Dumplings, a popular dumpling spot in Deokyang-gu, Goyang. There is plenty of parking space in front and around the restaurant, making it convenient to visit by car.

가게 내부는 꽤 넓고 깔끔한 편이에요. 공기순환이 잘 되도록 써큘레이터를 충분히 가동하고 있어서, 쾌적하고 답답하지 않은 환경에서 식사할 수 있어요. 테이블 간 간격도 넉넉하고, 조명은 밝고 따뜻한 느낌이라 가족이나 친구와 편하게 식사하기 좋습니다.
The interior is quite spacious and clean. Circulators are running to ensure good air circulation, making the space comfortable and airy. Tables are well spaced, and the warm lighting makes it cozy for families and friends.

개성 손만두의 웰빙 해물 육수

저희는 만두 전골을 주문했어요. 전골 육수는 국내산 무, 양파, 대파, 다시마, 멸치, 새우, 고추씨 등을 천연 삼베 주머니에 넣어 매일 정성껏 우려낸 깊고 깔끔한 맛이 특징이라고 해요.
The broth is carefully made every day by simmering domestic radish, onion, green onion, kelp, anchovies, shrimp, and chili seeds in a natural hemp bag, giving it a rich and clean flavor.

기본찬

기본찬으로는 김치와 단무지 두 가지가 제공되는데, 깔끔하고 만두와도 잘 어울려요.
The basic side dishes are kimchi and pickled radish, which are simple yet pair well with the dumplings.

만두전골

만두전골은 국물이 칼칼하면서 시원하고, 다양한 채소와 함께 푸짐하게 즐길 수 있어 가족이나 친구와 나눠 먹기 좋더라고요.
The dumpling hot pot has a spicy yet refreshing broth and is loaded with vegetables, perfect for sharing with family or friends.

고기만두와 김치만두가 반반 나

1인 1메뉴 주문이 원칙이고, 저희는 4인분을 주문했는데, 냄비에는 8개의 만두가 먼저 들어있고, 나머지 8개는 따로 주셔서 끓이면서 먹으면 됩니다. 1인분 기준은 만두 4개 정도예요.
One menu per person is recommended. We ordered 4 servings, and the pot initially had 8 dumplings, with the remaining 8 served separately to cook as you go. Each serving contains about 4 dumplings.

개인 앞접시에 덜어먹기

 고기만두는 속이 꽉 차 있고 고기의 풍미가 살아 있어 담백하더라고요. 김치만두는 살짝 매콤하면서도 깔끔한 맛이 특징이라 고기만두와 함께 먹으면 밸런스가 좋아요. 두 가지 다 기름지지 않고 담백해서, 먹고 나면 속이 편안한 느낌이 들어 좋았습니다.
The pork dumplings were packed with meat and had a rich yet light flavor. The kimchi dumplings were slightly spicy but refreshing, balancing well with the pork dumplings. Both were not too greasy, leaving me with a light and comfortable feeling after eating.

커피 머신

식사를 마친 후에는 가게 입구에 있는 커피머신으로 다방 커피를 즐길 수 있어 입가심하기 좋습니다. 만두와 전골로 든든하게 배를 채운 뒤, 따뜻한 커피 한 잔으로 마무리하면 만족감이 더 커요.
After your meal, you can enjoy traditional coffee from the coffee machine at the entrance, perfect for a little refreshment. Finishing a hearty dumpling meal with a warm cup of coffee makes the experience even more satisfying.
