포방터 시장 돈까스 맛집 | 일본식 수제 돈카츠 [포방돈카]

주말에 홍제천을 산책하다가 포방터 시장 구경을 갔어요. 시장 한 바퀴 돌다가, 아이가 좋아해서 종종 배달시켜 먹던 포방돈카가 보여서 점심 먹으러 들렀습니다. 매장에서 직접 먹는 건 오랜만이라 기대되더라고요 :)

On a weekend, we went for a stroll along the Hongje Stream and decided to check out Pobangteo Market. While wandering through the market, we spotted Pobangdonka, a tonkatsu spot that we often order for delivery. It had been a while since we ate there in person, so we decided to have lunch there.

포방돈카 앞

마침 포방터 페스타 행사가 열리던 날이라 시장 안이 꽤 활기찼어요. 야외에서도 식사할 수 있도록 천막이 쭉 설치되어 있었고, 스탬프 투어도 진행 중이라 구경하는 재미가 있었어요.

It happened to be the day of the Pobangteo Festa, so the market was lively with tents and a stamp tour event, making the visit even more enjoyable.

주차 정보

서대문 11번,13번 마을버스를 이용하면 포방터시장 근처까지 바로 갈 수 있고, 차를 가져갈 경우에는 포방터 2길 공영주차장을 이용하시면 됩니다. 매장에서 식사할 경우 1시간 무료 주차 쿠폰을 받을 수 있더라고요.

You can reach the market by taking the Seodaemun 11 or 13 village bus, or drive and park at the Pobangteo 2-gil public parking lot. The restaurant provides a 1-hour free parking coupon, which makes it very convenient.

내부

매장 내부는 아담한 편으로, 테이블이 약 4개 정도 있었어요. 작지만 깔끔하게 정리되어 있고, 주방이 오픈 된 형태에요.

The restaurant itself is small, with only about four tables, but the interior is clean and cozy, with warm lighting that makes it comfortable to enjoy a meal.

물은 셀프

물과 수저, 물티슈는 셀프 서비스로, 한쪽에 마련된 공간에서 직접 가져다 사용할 수 있었어요.

Water, utensils, and wet tissues are self-service, neatly arranged in one corner so you can grab what you need freely.

치즈 돈카츠 10,000원

메뉴는 치즈 돈카츠를 주문했어요. 치돈 가격은 10,000원으로 요즘 물가 생각하면 넘나 착해요. 2년 전만 해도 아이가 입이 짧아서 하나를 둘이 나눠 먹었는데, 이제는 각자 1인분씩 먹을 만큼 훌쩍 자라서 새삼 시간이 참 빠르다는 생각이 들었어요.

I ordered the cheese pork cutlet. It felt a bit nostalgic — two years ago, my son and I used to share just one serving since he didn’t eat much, but now he can finish a whole one by himself. Time really does fly...

돈카츠를 주문할 경우 세트처럼 밥, 국물, 샐러드, 깍두기, 양파 피클이 함께 나와 한 끼 식사로 충분히 만족스러웠고, 매장에서 직접 만든 수제 소스 덕분에 치즈 돈카츠의 맛이 한층 풍부했어요.

The tonkatsu set came with rice, soup, salad, cubed radish kimchi, and pickled onions, making it a satisfying meal. The homemade sauce added a rich, savory flavor that perfectly complemented the crispy tonkatsu.

배달로 먹을 때도 맛있지만, 매장에 직접 와서 갓 조리된 바삭한 치즈 돈카츠를 먹으니 훨씬 더 맛있게 느껴졌어요.
아이와 함께 한 끼 식사로 즐기기에도 좋은 곳이고, 앞으로 포방터 시장에 맛집이 더 많이 생기고 활성화되어 많은 사람들이 찾아오는 공간이 되면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다 :)

While tonkatsu tastes great when delivered, having it freshly made on-site made it taste even better. It’s a perfect meal to enjoy with kids, and I hope Pobangteo Market continues to grow and more delicious spots open up so that many people can enjoy this vibrant area.
