지난 주 컨디션 괜찮은 날, 부지런히 독감예방접종을 했어요. 올해는 일부러 사노피 박씨 그리프테트라 백신 있는 병원을 찾아가서 맞았네요...ㅎㅎㅎ 주사맞은 날은 운동을 못하니, 동네 빵지순례하러 베이커리 카페 쏠트에 갔습니다 :)
Last week, I got the flu vaccination. Since I couldn't exercise on the day of the shot, I decided to go buy some bread instead.
쏠트는 홍은사거리 북한산 더샵 아파트 상가 1층에 위치해있어요. 노랑노랑한 간판이 눈에 확 들어와요.
I went to a bakery cafe called 'Salt.' Salt is located on the first floor of the shopping area in the Bukhansan The Sharp Apartments, at Hongeun Intersection. It is easy to find, due to the bright yellow sign.

아침 일찍 오픈하기 때문에 빵모닝하러 가기 좋습니다.
It's great for enjoying breakfast since it opens early in the morning.
내부에는 테이블이 4개 정도 있어요. 커피와 같은 음료도 판매하기 때문에, 앉아서 간단히 먹고 갈 수도 있어요.
There are about four tables inside. Since they also sell beverages like coffee, you can sit down and have a quick meal if you want.
일단 입구 옆에 있는 트레이와 집게를 챙겨서 둘러보았어요.
I picked up a tray and tongs next to the entrance and took a look around.
공간은 아담하지만 빵 종류는 굉장히 다양해요. 기본적인 식빵, 모닝빵도 있고, 크로와상, 몽블랑, 소시지빵 같은 식사대용 빵도 있었어요.
There was an extensive range of bread, including sandwich bread, morning rolls, croissants, Mont Blanc, and sausage bread.
제가 좋아하는 올리브 치즈 치아바타(3,200원)를 일단 하나 챙기고,
I grabbed one of my favorites, the Olive Cheese Ciabatta.
소금빵(2,200원)도 하나 담았어요.
And also picked up a Salt Bread.
앙버터 소금빵과 카야잼 소금빵도 있네요.
They also have Red Bean Paste Butter Salt Bread and Kaya Jam Salt Bread.
스콘도 초콜릿, 플레인 2가지 맛이 있었어요.
They had scones in two flavors: chocolate and plain.
쿠키도 얼그레이, 라즈베리잼, 크랜베리 초코칩 3종류가 있었어요.
They had three types of cookies: Earl Grey, Raspberry Jam, and Cranberry Chocolate Chip.
아이 간식으로 먹기 좋은 촉촉한 카스테라도 있고요.
There was sponge cake, which is a perfect snack for kids...
휘낭시에도 2종류가 있었는데 저는 츄러스 휘낭시에(4,000원)를 하나 담았어요. 아이가 이 빵을 엄청 좋아하더라고요.
There were two types of Financier, and I purchased the Churros Flavor Financier. My child really loves it.
샌드위치도 원래 종류가 다양한데, 이 날은 햄치즈 어니언 샌드위치(4,500원)만 있었어요.
The sandwich options are usually diverse, but on that day, they only had the Ham Cheese Onion Sandwich.
서울페이 가맹점이라, 지역상품권으로 결제하려고보니 "늘품장애인보호작업장 솔트"라고 상호명이 되어있는 걸 발견했어요. 발달장애인의 일자리 창출에도 도움을 주는 곳인가 생각이 들면서, 정감이 가더라고요 :)
Before making the payment I noticed that it is registered under the name '늘품장애인보호작업장 솔트.' It gave me a warm feeling, thinking that it might be a place contributing to job creation for individuals with developmental disabilities.
계산대 옆에는 에그타르트와 마들렌도 판매중이었어요. 화장실과 와이파이 비번도 적혀있으니, 필요하신 분들은 이용하시면 되겠습니다.

집에 와서는, 간식으로 소금빵을 에어프라이기로 돌려먹었습니다.
When I got home, I reheated the salt bread in the air fryer and enjoyed it as a snack.
에어프라이기로 데우면 빵 위의 소금이 살짝 녹지만 이렇게 먹어야 겉바속촉 맛있더라고요.
When you reheat the bread in the air fryer, the salt on the bread melts slightly, but eating it this way gives it a delightful crispy outside and moist inside, and it tastes delicious.
반을 잘라보니, 빈공간에 고소한 버터가 :) 소금빵이 특별한 킥은 없지만 참 맛있어요. 아메리카노와 함께 먹으면 저의 최애 간식입니다...!
While the salt bread might seem a bit mild in flavor, enjoying it with an Americano makes it my favorite snack :)
