오키나와에서 개인적으로 가장 좋았던 곳은, 'Morning Works'라는 브런치 카페였어요. 여기는 셋째 날 아침 스냅 촬영 장소로 이동하면서 발견한 곳인데요, 구글 평점도 높았고 카페 분위기와 음식 모두 만족스러웠어요.
My favorite place in Okinawa was a brunch cafe called 'Morning Works.' I discovered this place while heading to the location for a photo shoot on the third day. With high Google ratings, the cafe impressed me with both its inviting atmosphere and delicious food.

도착했을 때, 미군들이 바깥 자리에서 식사하고 있더라고요. 굉장히 이색적이었습니다...ㅎㅎㅎ

팬케익, 와플, 커피, 아사이볼, 오믈렛 등 제가 딱 좋아하는 스타일의 메뉴를 판매하고 있는 곳이에요.

식당에 들어서자마자 주차 공간에 대한 안내가 있었어요. 오키나와에서는 사유지에 잘못 주차했다가 큰일 날 수도 있어서 주차는 늘 조심해야 합니다...
As soon as I entered the restaurant, there were instructions regarding the parking space. In Okinawa, parking in the wrong place on private property could lead to trouble, so it's always important to be cautious about parking.
제가 좋아하는 팝송들이 흘러나와서 괜히 더 반갑더라고요. 완전 취향저격❤️ 이날도 날씨가 참 맑고 좋았습니다.

여기는 카운터에 직접 가서 주문 및 결제를 하는 시스템이에요. 주문하면 진동벨을 주시는데요, 음료용과 식사용 벨을 따로 주시더라고요.
Here, you have to go to the counter to place your order and make the payment directly. Once you order, they provide separate vibrating bells for drinks and meals.
음식을 기다리며 카페 내부를 둘러보았어요.
While waiting for the food, I took a look around the cafe.
예쁜 굿즈도 판매하고 있는데요. 미국분들이 많이 오시는지, 가격이 달러로 표기되어 있었어요. $1=¥100으로 계산이 되는 듯했습니다.
They also offer merchandise for sale. It seemed that many American visitors come here because the prices were listed in dollars, and it appeared to be calculated at $1=¥100.
알로하스러운 슬리퍼와 셔츠도 판매 중이고요.
They also have charming aloha-style slippers and shirts available for purchase.
물은 입구 옆의 생수통에서 셀프로 덜어 마실 수 있어요.
You can help yourself to water from the dispenser located next to the entrance.
소스류도 필요하면 가져갈 수 있게 카운터 옆에 준비되어 있었어요.
If you need any sauces or condiments, they are available for you to take right next to the counter.
짝꿍이 주문했던 코코넛 초코 바나나 쉐이크. 아드님이 입이 짧은 편이라 세 가족 식당가면 보통 2인분을 주문하는데 여기서는 1인당 1 메뉴, 1 음료씩 주문했더니 굉장히 배부르게 먹었어요....
The coconut chocolate banana shake my husband ordered was delicious. Since my child has a small appetite, we usually order two servings for a family meal, but here, we ordered three menus and three drinks. So we ended up having a heavy meal.
아드님의 망고 스무디와 제가 주문한 오키나와 브라운 슈거 라떼. 망고 스무디에 파인애플을 꽂아 주셨는데, 오키나와에서 파인애플과 브라운 슈거가 유명하더라고요. 저 라떼도 달달하니, 정말 맛있었어요.
This is a picture of my son's mango smoothie and my Okinawa brown sugar latte. They adorned the mango smoothie with pineapple, as both pineapple and brown sugar are renowned in Okinawa. The latte was also sweet and truly delicious.
제가 좋아하는 에그 베네딕트도 있어서 고민 없이 주문했어요. 라떼와 같이 먹으니 진짜 맛있더라고요.
I also ordered my favorite dish, Eggs Benedict. I love enjoying it with latte.
오믈렛도 굉장히 부드럽고 맛있었어요. 야채도 신선했답니다.
The omelet was incredibly fluffy and delicious. The vegetables were also fresh.
그리고 가장 길티 했던 초코 바나나 팬케이크. 메뉴 종류가 제법 다양한 편이라, 오키나와에 다시 가게 된다면 재방문해서 프렌치 토스트나 샌드위치 등 다른 메뉴도 먹어보고 싶네요 :)
And then, the most guilty pleasure: chocolate banana pancakes. The menu variety is quite extensive, so if I ever find myself back in Okinawa, I would love to revisit and try other items like French toast or sandwiches.
여행 중 가장 큰 이벤트였던 스냅 촬영을 무사히 마치고, 알로하 바이브 뿜뿜하는 카페에서 브런치를 먹으니 정말 행복했어요. 이 날 원래 츄라우미를 가려고 계획했지만, 카페에서 여유 있게 더 앉아있고 싶어서 결국 가까운 잔파곶으로 이동했습니다 :) 잔파곶 사진도 따로 포스팅해 볼게요.
After successfully completing the most significant event of the trip, the snap photoshoot, I felt truly happy enjoying brunch at this cafe. Although my original plan was to visit Churaumi Aquarium, but I wanted to enjoy my coffee slowly and relax at the cafe, so we decided to head to the nearby Cape Zanpa instead.
