공덕역 고급 중식당 [몽중헌/Mong Jung Heon]

 

얼마 전, 몽중헌 공덕점에서 가족 모임을 가졌어요 :)
A few weeks ago, I had a family gathering at Mong Jung Heon Gong-deok Branch.

위치는 공덕역 해링턴 스퀘어 A동 2층에 있어요. 캐치 테이블이나 전화로 예약이 가능하고, 룸에서 식사할 경우 식사비 40만원 이상을 결제해야한다고 합니다.

해링턴 스퀘어에도 주차장이 있지만 예약 당일 주차장이 혼잡하다는 문자를 받아서, 저희는 근처 에스오일 건물에 주차했어요. 주차비는 식사 후 직원 분께 말씀드리면 처리해주십니다. 주변 건물(웰츠타워, 에스오일 등)에 주차해도 주차지원이 되는 건 큰 장점이에요.

Mong Jung Heon is located on the 2nd floor of Gongdeok Harrington Square Building A. Reservations can be made through Catch Table or by phone. If you choose to dine in the private room, it is required to make a payment of 400,000 won or more for the meal.
While there is a parking lot available at the building, I received a message stating that it was crowded on the day of our reservation. As a result, we parked at the nearby S-oil building. The staff informed us that they would take care of the parking fee if we let them know after the meal. Having parking support available at nearby buildings is a great advantage.

처음에 룸으로 예약했다가, 일정이 바뀌면서 급히 홀로 변경하였는데 홀도 분위기가 많이 어수선하지 않고 괜찮았어요.
테이블에는 따뜻한 차와 짜사이, 무 피클, 땅콩 그리고 딤섬을 찍어먹을 고추기름도 준비되어있었어요.
At first, I made a reservation for a private room, but due to a change in schedules, I had to switch to a regular table in the dining hall. Fortunately, the atmosphere in the dining area was quite pleasant.
On the table, there was warm tea, pickled radish, peanuts, and chili oil for dipping the dim sum.

1) 딤섬 2종 2 Kinds of Dim Sum

저희는 런치 코스C(55,000원)를 주문했어요.
첫번째 요리로는 딤섬이 나왔어요. 딤섬은 그날의 스페셜 딤섬으로 준비가 된다고 합니다 :)
하나는 새우, 하나는 버섯이 듬뿍 들어간 딤섬이었어요. 쫀득하고 속이 꽉 차 있어서 아이들과도 나눠먹기 좋았어요.
We ordered Lunch Course C (55,000 won). For the first course, two pieces of Dim Sum were served—one filled with shrimp and the other with generous amounts of mushrooms. They were both chewy and delicious, making them perfect for sharing with kids as well.

2) 광동식 차우황 Cantonese-style Stir-fried Seafood and Beef

두번 째 나온 광동식 차우황은 유산슬과 비슷했어요. 버섯, 부추, 죽순, 소고기와 각종 해산물을 걸쭉한 전분 소스와 함께 볶은 요리에요.
The second dish, Cantonese-style Chao Huang, was a stir-fried dish that included mushrooms, chives, bamboo shoots, beef, and various seafood in a thick starch sauce.

3) 계절 채소 볶음 Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables

세번째 요리는 계절 채소 볶음이에요. 앞서 나온 차우황보다 조금 더 진한 소스에 채소들이 볶아져 나왔어요.
The third dish is a Stir-fried  Seasonal Vegetable dish. The vegetables are stir-fried in a slightly richer sauce compared to the previous Chao Huang dish.

4) 돼지고기 탕수육 Fried Pork with Sweet and Sour Sauce

네번째 요리는 새콤달콤한 소스가 뿌려져 나온 돼지고기 탕수육이었어요. 어른들은 맛있게 먹었지만 아이들이 먹기엔 살짝 질기더라고요- 덕분에 제가 많이 먹었습니다 :)
The fourth dish was Sweet and Sour Pork, with a tangy and sweet sauce drizzled over it. The adults enjoyed it, but the kids found it slightly tough to eat. Thanks to that, I ended up eating a lot more.

5) 식사 (짜장면 Jjajangmyeon)

식사 메뉴는 짜장면으로 선택했어요. 아이 때문에 중식당 가면 맨날 볶음밥만 주문해서 같이 먹다가, 이제는 짜장면을 드디어 먹을 수 있게 되었어요...! 저는 코스 중에서 짜장면이 가장 맛있더라고요. 익숙한 맛이지만 감칠맛이 남달랐던 소스에요 :)
I chose Jajangmyeon as my meal menu. Whenever I visited a Chinese restaurant with my child, we always ordered fried rice and enjoyed it together. Now, I finally had the chance to savor Jajangmyeon! Among all the courses, Jajangmyeon was the most delicious.

6) 후식 Dessert

후식은 망고 푸딩으로 추정됩니다...(?)
I presumed that the dessert was mango pudding...(I'm not sure exactly what it was)

아래에 우유 푸딩이 깔려있고, 위에 망고가 올라가 있어요. 부드럽게 입가심하기 좋은 디저트였어요.
Below, there was milk pudding, and on top, there was yellow pudding (presumably mango-flavored). It was a smooth and delightful dessert that was easy to enjoy.

유아용 후식

아이들용 후식도 서비스로 주셨는데요, 조미료 1도 가미되지 않은 홍시 퓨레였는데 정말 부드럽고 맛있었어요. 아이들도 싹싹 잘 먹더라고요.
The staff kindly served a complimentary dessert for the kids, which was a persimmon puree with no added artificial seasoning. It was incredibly smooth and delicious, and the kids enjoyed it very much.

전반적으로 음식 간이 세지 않고, 재료 본연의 맛을 많이 살린 요리들이었어요. 인테리어도 깔끔하고 내부 분위기가 모던해서 가족 모임이나, 비즈니스 식사 장소로도 많이들 찾는 것 같아요.
직원분께 단체 사진 촬영도 요청드렸는데, 센스있게 잘 찍어주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 다음에도 좋은 일이 생겨서 방문할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다 :)
The food was not overly seasoned, allowing the natural flavors to shine. The interior was clean and modern, making it a great place for family gatherings or business meals. The staff was kind enough to take a group photo for us, and I was grateful for their thoughtfulness. I hope to visit again in the future with my family.
