알로 요가 alo yoga 쇼핑템 2️⃣ [Unisex Half-crew Sock/Shopper Tote/Mega-C Body Wash]

알로 쇼핑템 두 번째 포스팅. 짝꿍이 알로 매장을 두 번에 걸쳐서 방문하여 쇼핑했더라고요. 두 번이나 방문하니 직원도 알아보고 열심히 응대 및 영업을 하신 거 같더라고요. 직원한테 와이프 선물 사야 한다며, 수다스럽게 얘기하고 있는 짝꿍의 모습이 상상이 가서 조금 웃기기도 하네요...
During his business trip, my husband visited the Alo store twice. I heard that the staff not only recognized him but also provided exceptional service with enthusiasm. The thought of him engaging in a conversation with the staff, trying to find the perfect gift for me, was quite amusing.

각 $24, $16

알로에서 양말을 왜 샀나 했더니, 300달러 이상 구매 시 쇼퍼백을 주는 사은행사를 했었나 보더라고요. 저 양말도 개당 24불이라니... 상당히 고가의 양말이에요.
왼쪽의 Unisex Half-crew 양말은 컬러가 여러 가지 있는데, 나름 리미티드 에디션인 Icy sage/White로 샀어요. 직원이 신고 있길래 같은 걸로 달라 그랬다네요...ㅎㅎ
I wondered why my husband bought socks from Alo, and it turns out they were running a promotion where you get a shopper tote for purchases over $300. Those socks cost $24 each... which seems quite expensive to me. The Unisex Half-crew socks on the left come in various colors, and my husband chose the Limited Edition Icy Sage/White.

Shopper Tote

쇼퍼백은 제법 큼직한 컨버스 소재 가방이에요. 사은 행사로 재고 소진 중인지 미국 홈페이지에서는 보이지 않고, 구글에서 검색해 보니 사우디 알로 홈페이지에 나와요...🤣
The shopper tote is a fairly large cotton material bag. It doesn't seem to be visible on the U.S. website, perhaps due to stock depletion from the promotional event. I came across it on the Saudi Alo website through Google.

Grey tiedye

회색빛으로 홀치기 염색되어 있고, 가방 자체가 각이 잡히진 않고 흐물흐물해요. 모델이 들고 있는 모습은 각이 잡혀 보이지만 전혀 그렇진 않아요.
It's tiedyed in shades of gray, and the bag itself doesn't have distinct angles; it has a rather soft and flowing texture. Although the model holding it makes it seem structured, in reality, it's quite the opposite.

알로 본사가 LA에 있나 봐요. 홈페이지에 나온 브랜드 소개를 읽어보니, 2007년 LA에서 요가를 사랑하는 사람들에 의해 시작된 건 맞더라고요. 요가가 정말 좋은 운동이라 생각했는데 40대를 앞두니 허리나 무릎에 좋은 운동인지 의문이 조금 가긴 해요... 그래도 혼자 할 수 있는 가장 좋은 운동 중 하나라 무릎 염증이 회복되면 다시 에일린 요가를 살살 시작하려고요.
It seems that the Alo headquarters is in LA. Reading the brand introduction on their website, it's true that it was started by people who love yoga in 2007. I used to believe that yoga is a really good exercise, but as I approach my 40s, I have some doubts about whether it's good for my waist and knees. Nevertheless, once my knee inflammation recovers, I plan to gently start practicing Yoga again, as it's one of the best exercises that can be done alone.

짝꿍이 매장에 두 번이나 방문하면서, 와이프에 대한 애정을 열심히 드러내서 그런지 직원분이 선물로 챙겨주셨다는 바디 워시. 이것도 24불 (현재 환율로 약 32,000원) 상당의 제품인데 아직 써보진 못하고 고이 모셔두고 있어요.
Since my husband visited the store twice, and bought a few items, he received this body wash as a gift. (Possibly for passionately expressing his affection for his wife...?🤣) 

Mega-C Body Wash $24

비타민C가 풍부한 Alma 슈퍼베리가 함유되어 있고, 운동으로 지친 근육을 풀어주고 피부에는 촉촉하게 수분을 공급해 준다고 쓰여있네요. 요가 브랜드라 그런지, 아유르베다에 기반한 뷰티 철학을 갖고 있어요. 좋은 재료를 사용하는 비건 화장품이라, 선물용으로도 괜찮은 아이템인 것 같아요...!
It contains Alma superberries, rich in vitamin C, and this product is known for soothing muscles after exercise and providing moisturizing hydration to the skin. As a vegan cosmetic using quality ingredients, it appears to be a suitable item for gifting as well. I haven't used it yet, but I'm looking forward to trying it!

짝꿍 덕분에 이렇게 알로라는 브랜드에 대해 조금 더 알게 되었네요. 그냥 단순히 요가복을 만드는 브랜드가 아니라서 계속 성장하고 있나 봅니다. 저도 언젠가 미국 가서 직접 매장에 가볼 수 있기를 바라고 있어요 :)
Thanks to my husband, I've learned a bit more about the brand Alo. It seems like they are not just a fashion brand that makes yoga clothing, but something more, which might explain their continuous growth. I also hope to visit one of their stores in the United States someday!
