패션에 관심 많은 짝꿍이 얼마 전 미국 출장을 다녀오면서, 알로(alo)에서 아이템을 몇개 선물로 사왔어요. 알로는 아직 국내에 정식 수입되고 있지는 않고, 홈페이지를 통해 구매는 가능하지만 배송비와 세금이 포함된 가격이라 훨씬 비싸더라고요. 미국 갈 일 있으면 사오는 게 이득입니다 :)
제가 알로를 알게 된 건 최근인데, 블랙핑크 지수가 앰배서더로 활동하면서 브랜드의 인기를 조금은 실감할 수 있었어요.
My husband recently came back from a business trip to the United States and brought me some gifts from the brand Alo. Unfortunately, Alo is not officially imported in South Korea at the moment. While you can buy their items through their website, the prices are significantly higher due to shipping and taxes. It appears more economical to purchase them when visiting the United States. I've noticed the brand's popularity, especially since BLACKPINK's Jisoo has been actively serving as an ambassador for Alo.
홈페이지를 보니, 요 후디가 예쁜 것 같아서 짝꿍한테 보냈더니 블랙으로 사왔어요. 지수의 화보에도 등장하는 Accolade 후디입니다. 지수는 네이비 컬러를 입고 있어요. (tmi, 인스타에는 와일드베리 컬러를 입고 있네요!!)
After checking the website, I found a hoodie that looked nice, so I sent it to my husband, and he ended up getting it in black. It's the Accolade Hoodie that also appears in Jisoo's photoshoot. She is wearing the navy color, and you can see her wearing the wild berry color on Instagram.
반짝거리는 은색 alo 로고가 특징이에요. 기본으로 휘뚜루마뚜루 입기 좋아보여요. 먼지는 잘 붙어서 빨래 후 스타일러로 한번씩 털어야겠습니다...
The shiny chrome logo is a distinctive feature. It looks perfect for casual wear. However, it seems to attract dust easily, so I might need to use a lint roller quite often to keep it clean.

안에는 기모처리가 되어있어 겨울에 입기 좋고, 사이즈는 XS로 샀더니 잘 맞아요.
The inside is lined with fleece, making it suitable for winter.
이건 짝꿍이 매장에 디피된 옷을 보고 예뻐서 사왔다고 하네요. Muse 후디인데, 바지와 세트로 출시된 제품이에요. 홈페이지를 보니 네이비 컬러는 리미티드 에디션 :)
My husband also bought this outfit, which was displayed in the store. The Muse Hoodie is released as a set with matching sweatpants. According to the website, the navy color is a limited edition.
크롭 디자인이라 키 큰 모델들이 입은 사진 보면 배가 훌러덩~ 훤히 보이는데, 저는 160이 안되는 쪼꼬미라 바지랑 같이 입으면 배가 딱 가려지는 기장이에요.
Since it's a cropped design, when you look at photos of tall models wearing it, their midriff is clearly visible. However, for someone petite like me, the length is just right, providing ample coverage when paired with the matching pants.
마네킹에 입혀진 모습도 보면 배가 살짝 보이죠. 팔을 들면 배가 보이므로, 운동을 꾸준히 해야겠습니다...
Even when I see it on the mannequin, the midriff is slightly visible.
사이즈는 역시 XS로 샀어요. 소재가 부들부들하고 도톰해서, 가을겨울에 입기 좋아보여요. 실제로 보면 더 예쁜 옷이에요.
The fabric is soft and thick, making it seem suitable for wearing in the fall and winter.
바지도 XS로 샀는데, 다행히 핏도 괜찮고 길이감도 나쁘지 않아요. 물론 키가 좀 더 컸다면 더 예쁘게 떨어졌겠죠...
I also bought both the size XS, and fortunately, the fit and the length is not bad. Of course, if I were a bit taller, it might have looked even better...
그리고 마지막으로 산 메인 아이템인, 캡모자.
And also, I got a new cap.
사실 제 두상과 얼굴형에 맞는 캡모자를 찾지 못하고 있었는데, 이건 정말 마음에 들어요. 블랙과 화이트의 컬러 조합이 여러가지가 있었는데, 저는 블랙-블랙으로 샀어요.
Actually, I've been having trouble finding a cap that suits the shape of my head and face. But I really like this one. There were various color combinations in black and white, and I ended up buying the black one.
직접 입어보고 산 게 아니라서 걱정했는데, 다행히 옷들이 잘 맞고 예쁘더라고요. 남은 겨울 동안 교복처럼 맨날 입고 다닐 예정입니다ㅎㅎㅎ
I was a bit concerned because I didn't get to try them on before purchasing, but fortunately, the clothes fit well and look great. I believe these outfits will be my go-to uniform throughout the winter.
