호텔 체크인 후 조금 쉬다가, 이른 저녁을 먹으러 이치란 라멘으로 향했어요. 웨이팅이 있다길래 조금 일찍 가면 괜찮지 않을까했는데, 오후 5시에도 긴줄이 늘어서 있더라고요.
After taking a short rest at the hotel, we headed to Ichiran Ramen for an early dinner. I thought it would be less crowded, but even at 5 P.M., there was a long queue.

식당의 회전율이 좋은 편이라, 30분 정도 대기하고 입장할 수 있었어요.
The restaurant had a good turnover rate, so we were able to get a table after waiting for about 30 minutes.
다행히 이치란 우메다시바타점은 카드결제가 가능했어요. 주문은 키오스크로 할 수 있는데, 언어선택을 한글로 할 수 있어서 편했습니다.
Fortunately, Ichiran Umeda Shibata Branch accepted credit card payments. Orders could be placed using the kiosk, and it was convenient since Korean was available as a language option.
저는 차슈 4장과 반숙란 1개가 포함된 돈코츠 라멘 세트와, 아이와 함께 먹기 위한 공기밥, 그리고 오렌지 주스도 주문했어요. 주문 후, 키오스크에서 영수증과 티켓이 프린트되어 나오는데요. 작은 티켓을 테이블 위에 올려두면 직원분이 확인 후 주문한 음식을 내주시더라고요.
I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen set, which includes 4 slices of chashu and a soft-boiled egg, along with a bowl of rice for my child and an orange juice. After placing the order, the kiosk printed a receipt and a ticket. Placing the small ticket on the table, a staff member would check it and bring the ordered dishes to our table.

In the hallway, there was an interesting seating chart, and I couldn't resist capturing it in a photo.

주문 후 대기하고 있으면, 직원분이 주문용지를 주시더라고요. 원하는 항목에 동그라미를 치면 되고, 맵기 조절을 할 수 있는 빨간 양념도 저는 기본으로 선택했어요. 짝꿍은 7로 했다가 너무 매울까봐 3으로 변경....
While waiting for my seat, a staff member provided me with an order sheet. I marked all the choices with a circle at the default levels. Initially, my husband opted for level 7 spiciness, but later he changed it to 3, worried it might be too spicy.
좌석은 칸막이가 있는 형태에요. 방송으로나 봤던 라멘집을 실제로 와보다니 신기했어요.
All the seats have dividers between them.
저는 26번 좌석에 앉았습니다. 티켓과 주문용지를 테이블 위에 올려두니 직원분이 확인하시고 준비해주시더라고요.
I sat at seat number 26. Placing the ticket and order sheet on the table, a staff member checked and prepared our order.
가장 먼저 반숙 달걀이 나왔어요. 생수는 자리에서 직접 떠 마실 수 있어요.
The soft-boiled egg was served first. You can pour and drink the water directly at your seat.

아이가 옆에 앉아있으니, 유아 식기도 먼저 필요한지 물어보시고 친절하게 준비해주셨어요.
Since my child was sitting next to me, the staff kindly inquired if we needed utensils for the child and promptly prepared them.
그리고 빠르게 서빙된 라멘. 빨간 양념을 섞기 전에 일단 국물을 밥에 조금 덜었어요.
My ramen was served promptly. Before mixing in the red seasoning, I poured a bit of the broth onto the rice for my child.
공기밥과 라멘 국물, 그리고 차슈를 올려주니 아이가 맛있게 잘 먹더라고요. 세트로 시키길 잘했어요...ㅎㅎ 안 그랬음 제가 차슈를 못 먹을 뻔....
Combining the rice, ramen broth, and chashu, my child really enjoyed the meal. I'm glad I ordered it as a set. Otherwise I might not have been able to have any of the chashu.
아이에게 국물을 덜어준 후 양념을 비볐더니, 국물이 제법 빨개지더라고요. 빨간 양념을 기본으로 선택했지만, 이 정도는 2배 아니었을까 싶어요. 적당히 맛있게 매워서 좋았습니다.
After pouring some broth out for my child, I mixed the remaining seasoning, and the broth turned quite red. Even though I had chosen the default level, it felt like it might have been doubled. Nevertheless, it was pleasantly spicy, just right for a delicious taste.
여행 기간 중 한번 더 가보고 싶었는데, 다니다보니 바빠서 그 이후로 가지 못했어요. 웨이팅이 있지만 저는 기다려서 먹을만했습니다 :) 카드 결제도 되는 매장이라, 매우 만족!
Throughout my trip, I had a desire to revisit, but due to a busy schedule, I couldn't make it back. Despite the wait, the experience of enjoying the meal was worthwhile. Furthermore, the convenience of card payments at the restaurant added to my overall satisfaction!
