소공동 롯데백화점 본점 지하 1층 [오제제/ojeje]

지난 주말 롯데백화점에 갔다가, 지하 1층 식당가의 [오제제/ojeje]에서 저녁 먹고 왔어요.
Last weekend, I went to Lotte Department Store and had dinner at a restaurant called "오제제/ojeje". Ojeje is located at the basement floor foodcourt.

예전에 서울역 오제제에 갔다가 웨이팅이 심해서 먹어보지 못했는데, 백화점 푸드코트는 자리만 잡으면 오히려 기다리지 않고 쾌적하게 먹을 수 있어 좋았어요.
I visited Ojeje at Seoul Station in the past, but I couldn't try it because the waiting line was too long. However, the food court at the department store was much more comfortable for dining. Once you found a seat, there was no need to wait.

오제제는 제주도에서 올라온 두 청년이 창업한 음식점이더라고요. 제(濟)가 건너다와 이루다의 뜻을 가진 한자에요. 롯데백화점 본점은 오제제 3호점으로, 기존 매장과는 다르게 메뉴를 한상차림으로 판매하고 있어요. 푸드코트에 입점된 매장이라 규모가 작다보니 자루우동은 판매하지 않지만, 돈카츠가 워낙 맛있어서 크게 아쉽진 않았어요 :)
Ojeje is a restaurant that was founded by two young people who came from Jeju Island. The name Ojeje (오제제) carries the meanings of "crossing over" and "accomplish". The Myeong-dong branch of Lotte Department Store is the third location of Ojeje, and it offers its menu in a set meal format, distinguishing itself from the other branches. While they don't serve Jaru Udon at this particular location, the pork cutlet is incredibly delicious, so I didn't feel too disappointed.

안심 돈카츠 (히레)

소스 / 와사비 / 소금

돈카츠는 소스에 찍어먹어도 되지만, 소금이나 와사비와 함께 곁들여 먹으면 재료 본연의 맛을 느낄 수 있어서 저는 와사비+소금 조합 위주로 먹었어요.
Dipping the pork cutlet in sauce is a popular way to enjoy it, but it can also be enjoyed with salt or wasabi to enhance the natural flavor of the ingredients. Personally, I prefer a combination of wasabi and salt.

샐러드 / 깍두기 / 생수 / 장국 / 밥

샐러드, 깍두기, 생수, 장국 그리고 밥까지 제공됩니다. 샐러드 드레싱도 직접 만드시는지, 엄청 고소하고 맛있었어요.
Ojeje offers a diverse selection of side dishes, including salad, pickled radish, bottled water, warm soup, and rice. The salad dressing was exceptionally delicious, with its rich and savory flavor adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

안심 돈카츠

와사비를 이렇게 살짝 올려서, 소금에 콕 찍어 먹으면 부드럽고 맛있는 돈카츠를 맛볼 수 있어요.
핑크빛 고기가 참 예쁘지요...☺️
By lightly placing wasabi on top and dipping it in salt, you can taste a tender and delicious pork cutlet. The pink-colored meat is truly beautiful.

등심 돈카츠

등심 돈카츠도 같은 방법으로 먹었습니다 :)
안심과 등심, 둘 다 부드럽고 맛있는데 등심이 기름기가 살짝 더 많더라고요. 정말 만족스럽게 식사하고 나왔어요.
아이와 함께 먹기에도 좋은 메뉴라, 백화점 갈 일이 있을 때 종종 들르게 될 것 같아요.
I also enjoyed the sirloin pork cutlet in the same way :)
Both tenderloin and sirloin are soft and delicious, but sirloin has a little more fat. I was very satisfied with my meal. It's a menu that is also great for sharing with children, so I think I'll visit occasionally when I have the chance to go to the department store.
