그릭데이(Greek Day) 굿모닝 요거트 박스

제가 그릭 요거트를 참 좋아하는데요, 생일 주간에 감사하게도 그릭데이 굿모닝 요거트 박스를 카카오톡 선물하기로 받았어요 :)
Greek yogurt is one of my favorite snacks. Thankfully, last week, I received a Good Morning Yogurt Box as a birthday gift on KakaoTalk.

포장 박스

신선식품이다보니 스티로폼 박스에 아이스팩 포장이 되어 왔어요. 안에 배송 된 요거트 박스만 꺼내어서 찰칵 찍어보았습니다. 그리스 산토리니가 생각나는 청량한 블루 컬러의 박스에요.
Since it has to be delivered fresh, it came packaged in a Styrofoam box with ice packs. The gift package is a refreshing blue-colored box that reminds me of Santorini, Greece.

구성

그릭데이 요거트 박스는 그릭데이 시그니처 그릭요거트 100g 3개, 라이트 과일잼 3종 그리고 우드 스푼 1개로 구성되어 있어요.
The Greek Day Yogurt Box consists of 3*100g Greek Day Signature Yogurts, 3 flavors of Light Fruit Jams, and 1 Wooden Spoon.

땡큐 카드

땡큐 카드와 그릭데이 요거트 보관/취식 방법에 대한 안내지가 들어있어요.
It includes a thank you card and an instruction leaflet on how to store and enjoy Greek Day Yogurt.

그릭데이 시그니처 100g과 우드 스푼

아침 식사로 종종 먹는 그릭데이 시그니처- 오늘은 굿즈로 포함된 우드 스푼으로 먹어보겠습니다 :)
꿀을 뜰 때 우드 스푼을 사용하면 좋다고 들었는데 집에 두고두고 활용하기 좋은 아이템인 것 같아요. (TMI: 꿀의 항산화성분이 철제 스푼에 닿으면 그 효과가 철의 산화를 막는 데 그칠 수 있다고 합니다...화학반응을 일으킬 수 있다는 얘기가🤔)

I often have Greek Day Signature Yogurt for breakfast. Today, I tried it with the wooden spoon included in the merchandise.
I've heard that it is preferred to use a wooden spoon when scooping honey, so it seems like a handy item to have around the house. (TMI: It's said that the antioxidant properties of honey may be compromised if it comes into contact with an iron spoon... Though I'm not sure about this information.)

애플망고 & 복숭아 잼

라이트 잼은 용량이 개당 50g인데요, 저는 한 번에 먹기는 살짝 많았고 2회 정도에 나눠먹기 좋은 양이었어요. 토핑이 넉넉하게 들어있어 좋았습니다 :)
The Light Fruit Jam comes in individual servings of 50g each. For me, it was just the right amount to split into two servings.

과일잼 한 스푼

1개당 열량이 총 15kcal라 칼로리 걱정없이 가볍게 먹기 좋아요. 포함된 당류도 2g이라 일반 잼보다 적은 편이에요.
Each serving has a total of 15 calories, which is a suitable option for people on diets. It also contains only 2g of sugar, which is lower than regular jams.

꾸덕꾸덕

요거트와 같이 떠서 한 입! 그릭데이 시그니처는 텍스처가 치즈 같기도하고 아이스크림 같기도 하고 정말 맛있어요. 라이트잼은 꾸덕꾸덕한 그릭 요거트와 함께 먹기에 찰떡 궁합입니다 :)
이 요거트 박스 구성이 괜찮아서 저도 생일 선물 할 일이 있으면 종종 보내야겠어요ㅎㅎ

I enjoyed the Jam and Yogurt together. The yogurt has a texture that's somewhat like cheese and at the same time like ice cream, and it's really delicious. 
The contents of this yogurt box are so nice that I'm thinking of use it as a birthday gift option too!
