한글날, 홍제천에서 한복축제가 있었어요. 엔데믹이라 그런지, 올해는 지역축제가 활발하게 진행이 되는 듯해요. 잠시 구경갔다가, 연희화로갈비에 돼지갈비 먹으러 갔습니다 :)
On Hangul Day(Korean Alphabet Day), there was a hanbok festival at Hongjecheon. After watching the hanbok fashion show, I went to have dinner at a restaurant called 'Yeonhui Hwaro Galbi'.
연희화로갈비는 홍제천 인공폭포 옆에 위치해있어요. 지나다니면서 갈비냄새를 늘 맡았었는데, 이제서야 맛보게 되었어요.
Yeonhui Hwaro Galbi is located next to the artificial waterfall of Hongjecheon.

저녁 먹으러 갔는데 입장은 오후 8시까지, 주문 마감은 오후 9시에요.
The admission is until 8 p.m. Last orders are accepted until 9 p.m.
곳곳에 한국적인 도자기가 진열되어있어요.
Inside the restaurant, various types of pottery are on display.
어느새 이곳도 주문방식이 태블릿으로 바뀌었네요. 메뉴 주문, 직원 호출 등이 가능하고, 불판 갈아달라는 요청도 태블릿으로 할 수 있더라고요.
This place also has a tablet-based ordering system. You can place menu orders, call for assistance, and even request a change of grill through the tablet.
물컵, 티슈, 수저는 테이블 중앙에 있습니다.
Paper cups, tissues, and utensils are placed on the side of the table.
셀프 코너에서는 쌈채소, 마늘, 쌈장 등이 준비되어있는데요, 원하는 만큼 가져올 수 있어요. 보통 기본찬으로 가져다주시고 리필하는 형식인데 여기는 기본찬에 쌈채소가 포함되어있진 않았어요.
At the self-service corner, you'll find lettuce, garlic, and dipping sauce, and you can take as much as you want. Usually, basic side dishes are provided and refilled, but it appears that the items in the self-service corner are not considered part of the basic side dishes here.
저는 블로그를 하다보니, 식당 탐색하며 셀프코너를 발견했지만 정신없는 시간에 방문하면 마늘과 쌈채소를 가져다먹어야하는건지 모르는 분들도 계실 거 같아요.
It appears that some individuals may be uncertain about the existence of a self-service corner. Providing clear directions to the self-service corner would be beneficial in such cases.
화장실 입구는 셀프코너 왼쪽에 위치해있어요.
The entrance to the restroom is located to the left of the self-service corner.
1회용 앞치마도 곳곳에 비치되어있어, 필요하신 경우 사용하시면 됩니다. 식당 안쪽에는 룸도 있더라고요.
Disposable aprons are provided throughout the restaurant, so feel free to use them if needed. Inside the restaurant, there are also private rooms available.
아이와 함께 방문하니 유아용 식기도 준비해주셨어요.
The staff kindly provided utensils suitable for young children.
이곳에도 서빙 로봇이...! 음식은 직접 내리면 되고, 뜨거운 음식만 직원분이 도와주셨어요.
This place also has serving robots. You can bring the food to your table yourself, and the staff assists with hot dishes.

윤기가 반들반들 흐르는 수제 돼지갈비 4인분! 돼지갈비 1인분에 2만원인 시대라니, 요즘 물가 정말 무서워요...ㅠㅠ
We ordered 4 servings of marinated pork.
갈비가 네모 반듯하게, 예쁘게 손질이 되어있더라고요. 불판에 올려주면, 정신없이 굽기 시작합니다. 숯불 불판 양념갈비는 금방 타기 때문에 자주 뒤집어주면서 구워야해서 너무 정신이 없어요...😵💫
The marinated pork was neatly prepared, in a square shape. Charcoal-grilled marinated pork tends to cook quickly, so you need to flip them often to prevent them from burning.
저는 고기랑 냉면 같이 먹는 걸 좋아해서 후식 물냉면도 바로 주문했어요. 귀여운 메추리알 1개가 쏙 들어있습니다 :)
I enjoy having meat and cold noodles together, so I ordered cold noodles with the pork. It comes with a cute quail egg on top!
고기 한점에 냉면을 이렇게 같이 먹으면 꿀맛입니다 :) 육수에 식초나 겨자를 추가하지 않아도 맛있더라고요.
Eating cold noodles and meat together is really delicious. It was tasty even without adding vinegar or mustard to the broth.
다 먹고나면, 후식 코너에서 커피도 먹을 수 있어요. 커피머신으로는 아메리카노를 먹을 수 있고요, 믹스커피도 준비되어있어요. 저는 고기먹고나면 항상 달달한 믹스 커피가 땡겨서, 맥심 한 잔 했어요 :)
After finishing the meal, you can also have coffee at the dessert corner. You can enjoy Americano from the coffee machine, and there is also instant coffee available.
어릴적 먹던 숯불갈비의 느낌은 아니었지만, 가까운 곳에 깔끔한 고기집이 있어 좋네요. 홍제천 인공폭포 구경 후 한 번씩 가보기 좋은 곳입니다.
It seems like a great spot to visit occasionally, especially after enjoying the sights of the Hongjecheon artificial waterfall.
