짝꿍이랑 오랜만에 둘이서 점심 먹고, 음료 한 잔씩 하러 스타벅스에 갔어요.
Last weekend, I had some quality time with my husband. We had lunch and went to Starbucks to treat ourselves with a drink.
스타벅스 정동점은 처음 가보았는데, 층고도 높고 매장 분위기가 편안하더라고요.
I visited the Starbucks Jeongdong branch for the first time, and I liked the atmosphere of the store. It was quiet and comfortable.

인테리어가 탁 트인 느낌이라, 짝꿍이랑 매장 좋다면서 둘러보았네요 :)
The spacious interior caught my attention, I couldn't help commenting on how much I liked it.
청룡의 해를 맞아 진행중인 프로모션. 윷놀이 키트 예뻐서 탐내고 있었는데 온라인은 벌써 품절이더라고요. 명절 때 아이들과 함께 하면 좋겠다 생각했는데, 내년에도 출시되면 그 땐 꼭 사야겠어요.
There's an ongoing promotion in celebration of the Blue Dragon Year. I was eyeing the yutnori game kit(a popular traditional Korean game), but it's already sold out online. I thought it would be great to play with my family during the holidays, so if it's released again next year, I definitely will buy it.
커트러리 세트도 귀여워요. 온라인 스토어에도 다양한 제품들을 판매하고 있는데 보고 있으면 사고 싶은 게 참 많아요. 아직까진 잘 참는 중입니다...ㅎㅎ

That day, we only had two promotional drinks. My husband had the Pink Foam Strawberry Latte, and I had the warm Blue Dragon Hazelnut Latte!
사이렌 오더로 주문하고 음료를 받으러갔더니, 럭키 세뱃돈 봉투가 2개 트레이에 놓여있었어요. 알고보니 1월25일부터 28일까지 오프라인 매장에서 선착순 증정으로 진행된 프로모션이더라고요. 진짜 예쁘죠? 조카들한테 세뱃돈 담아서 주면 딱인데, 다 외국에서 지내고 있어 아쉬워요...
When I went to pick up the drinks, there were two sets of envelopes placed on the tray. Upon closer inspection, I found out that it was a promotion held at offline stores since January 25th to 28th. These are really cute. It would be perfect to put New Year's money in for my nieces and nephews, but they're all living abroad, so it's a bit disappointing...
짝꿍이 커피를 못 마셔서 핑크폼 딸기 라떼를 골랐어요. 핑크폼도 쫀쫀하고, 음료가 달달하고 맛있다하더라고요.
My husband can't drink coffee, so he chose the Pink Foam Strawberry Latte. He mentioned that the pink foam was thick, and the drink was sweet and delicious.
제가 마신 푸른 용 헤이즐넛 라떼는 푸른색 얼그레이 폼이 올라가 있는데, 치자를 활용하여 색을 냈다고 하네요. 헤이즐넛 향이 달콤하고 고소해서 맛있어요. 해당 음료는 프로모션 기간동안 3번 정도 마셨는데...

이렇게 폼을 가득 올려주신 파트너도 있었어요.
But there was a day, when the barista generously topped the blue foam like this.
파란 폼이 가득 올라간 음료가 인상적이었어요. 이렇게 듬뿍 올려주신 바리스타가 누군지 모르겠지만 프로모션 홍보 사진과 가장 근접한 모습의 음료를 마셔볼 수 있어 감사했습니다 :)
The drink with a full blue foam was impressive. I don't know who generously made my drink like this, but I appreciated being able to taste one that closely resembled the promotional photos.
새해 프로모션은 1월까지인 걸로 알고 있는데, 2월 프로모션 음료인 화이트 타로 라떼도 어떤 맛일지 궁금하네요!
Now I wonder what the February promotional drink, White Taro Latte will taste like!
