하이드미 플리즈(이하 하미플)는 홍제동에서 가장 애정하는 카페 중 하나에요. 지금은 없어진, 피피피자와 함께 맛집 불모지였던 홍제동 상권을 살려준 곳이라고나 할까요... 최근 젊은 사장님들이 홍제동에 천천히 모여들고 있는데, 아마도 그 시작은 하미플이 아니었을까 싶네요 :)
"Hide Me, Please" is one of my favorite cafes in Hongje-dong. It played a significant role in revitalizing this commercial area. Recently, young entrepreneurs are gathering in Hongje-dong, and I do wonder if Hide Me Please was the catalyst that sparked this trend.
하미플은 홍제역에서 약 3분 거리에 위치해 있어요. 빨간 벽돌 건물의 1층이 화이트로 깔끔하게 페인트칠되어 있습니다.
가게명처럼 정말 잠시 숨어있고 싶을 때, 달달한 도넛이 땡길 때, 혼자서도 자주 찾아가는 곳이에요.
The cafe is located about a 3 minute walk from Hongje Station. The first floor of the red brick building is neatly painted in white. True to its name, it's a cozy spot to hide away for a moment and satisfy my cravings for sweet donuts. I frequently visit even when I'm alone.

요즘 주로 테이크아웃 하다가, 오랜만에 매장에 앉아서 먹었어요.
While I usually go for the takeout service, this time, I decided to savor a cup of coffee inside the cafe.
가지런하게 진열 된 도넛들. 하미플 도넛 정말 좋아하는데, 2월에 잠시 꾸덕바라는 신메뉴만 팔다가... 5월에 다시 도넛을 재판매한다는 소식에 얼마나 기뻤는지 몰라요🙂
These cream-filled donuts are truly my favorite. In February, they temporarily only sold a new menu item called "Kkudeokba." But in May, I was so happy to hear that they resumed selling donuts again :)
꾸덕바도 물론 맛있어요. 베이커리와 양갱을 합친 거 같기도 하고... 인절미, 흑임자, 쑥팥떡 등 어르신 입맛을 저격하는 메뉴에요. 개별포장 되어있어, 선물하기도 괜찮더라고요.
Kkuddeokba is also delicious, of course. It feels like a combination of bakery and yanggang (sweet red bean paste). There are flavors like injeolmi (rice cake coated with bean flour), black sesame, and mugwort red bean rice cake, which target the tastes of the elderly. It's individually packaged, so it's also suitable for gifting.
꾸덕바 맛있게 먹는 방법도 카운터 앞에 써 있어요. 꾸덕바는 냉동보관 시 1개월까지 먹을 수 있다고 합니다 :)
The instructions for enjoying kkuddeokba are also written in front of the counter. It's mentioned that kkuddeokba can be eaten for up to one month when stored in the freezer.
동네 상권이라 그런지, 도넛이나 음료 가격대는 합리적인 편이에요.
The prices of donuts and drinks are also relatively reasonable.

제가 제일 좋아하는 도넛은 쿠키 앤 크림이에요. 적당히 달고 느끼한 맛이 없어서 크림 들어간 도넛 중에서는 제일 맛있더라고요.
My favorite flavor is Cookies and Cream. It has just the right amount of sweetness and isn't too heavy.
아메리카노도 산미가 적당해서 도넛이랑 함께 먹기 좋아요.
The Americano is a perfect companion to enjoy with donuts.
아이와 함께 방문했을 때 미숫가루도 먹어보았는데, 카페인 없는 음료를 드시고 싶은 분들이 드시기에 괜찮더라고요. 음료 양은 많은 편이 아니라서 아이가 혼자 마시기에 적당했어요.
When I visited with my child, I also tried the grain powder drink. It seems to be suitable for those who want caffeine-free drinks. The serving size isn't very large, so my child was able to drink it all by himself.
전세계 최초의 F&B NFT 멤버쉽 브랜드라고 하는데, 제가 아직 NFT에 대한 이해도가 낮은 편이라 어떤건지 잘 모르겠지만... 트렌드에 민감한 분들이 운영하는 곳이라 앞으로도 다양한 서비스와 메뉴를 개발하지 않을까 싶어요.
힙지로에 오픈한 2호점도 궁금합니다 :)
This place is known as the world's first F&B NFT membership brand. NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token, representing unique digital assets using blockchain technology. However, I have a limited understanding of this area....
This brand is operated by trend-sensitive individuals, and it is expected that they will continue to develop various services and menus. I'm also curious about the second branch that opened in Hipjiro (*Hipjiro refers to Euljiro, which is known for its vibrant and trendy atmosphere). Hopefully, I could visit there sometime.
